What a fantastic show! Lots of twists and turns thanks in large part to New VWAA President, Daniel Zigwa. Say what you want about the guy and his alliances, but he sure knows how to give the fans a show.
Army of Anarchy (Dunn & Rion) def Willie "Da Bomb" Richardson & TL Money via DQ
- Willie vowed that he was going to end the problem of AoA getting involved in Rick Walsh's title defenses.
- The end saw C. Red stop Virgil Davis from using his cane and getting it to Willie while TL decided to help "Da Bomb" unleash hell and demolish the underhanded team
President Zigwa said that if there was anymore interference for the rest of the night, the perpetrators would be sitting out of Destiny due to the matches being too important going into the biggest show of the year
DY&H Inc. (Cruise, Kuan, & Pryde) def Brawn & Ivan Manson to become the NEW VWAA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS. I'm not sure how a 3-men holding a 2-person title will work out, but its not unprecedented.
"The Definition" Isaias Velazquez def Mason Conrad to earn a VWAA Championship shot at Manifest Destiny III
- The two spent the entire match attempting to out-cheat one another. In my opinion, Velazquez was only the "better" man by 3 seconds. But, that's all it takes.
Atlas J Horn def Georgie the Lumberjack in Training to retain the VWAA Hardcore Kingship.
- While Georgie put up a bit of fight, he was no match for what is arguably the most dominant Hardcore King in Vanguard history so far.
Hunter Paine def Cameron Salem to retain the VWAA Championship.
-Good match. Nice showing by Salem. He got in a lot more offense than I expected.
Fate of Four Battle Royal
In all the chaos, it seems Dameon Dunn sacrificed his partner Rion Skillz to get one of the Envelopes.
Winners
-Dameon Dunn: Yellow Penalty Card (Not sure what that means)
-Cameron Salem: Tag Team Championship match at Manifest Destiny III
- Jett Riley: Tag Team Championship match at Manifest Destiny III
-Thomas Sinclair: Hardcore Kingship match at Manifest Destiny III
- DY&H Promptly left their would be challengers laying apparently to send a message.
Lamar Titan def "OSB" Rick Walsh to become the first ever 2-time VWAA Circuit Champion
*-The MOMENT that bell rang, Willie made the announcer remind Walsh that now that he's no longer champion, the No-contact clause is no longer in play. Richardson immediately unleashed a hail of potato punches on Walsh and had the crowd BEGGING for the Pounce. Walsh narrowly escaped complete destruction. I'm sure this isn't over by a long shot.
-Akuma Okoye hit the ring to look his now-Manifest Destiny opponent in the eye.
-As the officials held the two apart, Isaias Velazquez made his way to the ring and explained that while he won the shot at "getting back the title he never lost" he would rather TAKE Titan's title. President Zigwa approved of the idea and so now it looks like the
Manifest Destiny Main Event will be
VWAA Circuit Champion "The Anomaly" Lamar Titan defending in a triple threat match against
VWAA 2010 Resolution Rumble winner, "The Nigerian Nytemare" Akuma Okoye
and
VWAA 2010 Lethal Alliance winner, "The Definition" Isaias Velazquez
