A 10 bell salute was given to Poww Hall of Famer, Dream Warrior Screamer.
In the opening match Regional Champion Kanoa retained the regional title over Psychotic Jimmy Blaze when Ruthless Ramon came out and distracted Blaze. As Blaze was tending to Ramon, Kanoa quickly rolled up Blaze for the pin. After the match Marco Cordova, who must have been sitting in the crowd, runs into the ring and attacks and beats down Kanoa.
The new King of Poww, Trevor Blanchard, surprised all by hitting a ddt on Scott Spade getting the victory.
Justin James comes to the ring and chases Mr Ricolo out. James says he is the first student of CCW/Poww and deserves to be first TV Champion. Out comes Ruff Crossing. Crossing states he is the youngest champion ever in CCW/Poww. After trading barbs both decide to face each other later in the night.
Happy and Homeless(Cousin Eddie/Chris Cairo) beat the Sinmates(Xcon/Dehok) in a rematch for the tag titles, when Cousin Eddie pinned Xcon.
It was announced at SUMMER XPLOSION III, June 26, Elk Grove, SONNY ROGERS and "THE GENIUS" LEAPIN LANNY POFFO will be inducted into the POWW CHICAGO HALL OF FAME.
Logan Scott w/Picture Perfect(Jade,Melanie Cruise,Gage Quinn) pinned Ruthless Ramon when Jimmy Blaze interfered and nailed a flatliner on him while the ref was tending to Gage Quinn.
Rudy Vallay beat The Great Malaki w/the Great Cheyenne/Xavier Defaust) in this back and forth match.
Justin James and Ruff Crossing wrestled to a time limit draw. Crossing did appear to tap out but the bell already sounded.
