Absolute Intense Wrestling and CHIKARA Pro Wrestling Collaborate for Summer Doubleheader
Cleveland, OH, May 27, 2010 - Absolute Intense Wrestling returns to the West Park Party Center at 3556 West 130th Street in Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday, June 27th in conjunction with CHIKARA Pro Wrestling. CHIKARA’s presentation of “Faded Scars and Lines” will begin promptly at 4:00, with AIW’s signature annual event, “Absolution 5” immediately following. In the midst of one of pro wrestling’s most heated rivalries, CHIKARA’s most popular wrestlers - “Lightning” Mike Quackenbush, Frightmare, and Eddie Kingston - will join forces to quell the ongoing threat of the incendiary BDK faction. AIW officials have signed a first-time-ever “dream match” between Ring Of Honor World Champion and former AIW Intense Champion, Tyler Black, EVOLVE wrestling's undefeated and former CHIKARA Young Lions Cup Champion , Chuck Taylor. Furthermore, Cleveland’s top contenders – Johnny Gargano, Sterling James Keenan, Tommy Mercer, and Facade – are set to fight for Ohio’s most valuable wrestling championship, the AIW Absolute Title.
