The Lethal Wrestling Alliance brings it's seventh, annual, summer event, Circus Maximus, back to O'Fallon, IL on July 17th. Historically, Circus Maximus has been a night of mayhem, with the most brutal of no disqualification fights, crazy street fights, and ramifications that have changed the LWA forever. The matches are already starting to be unveiled and this year, at Circus Maximus VII, the LWA promises to maintain true to its traditions.
Evan Gelistico issued a challenge to the LWA Champion, Davey Vega, at the end of Prowrestling Heroes demanding to face him for the title at Circus Maximus VII. The match has been signed, but not before an angry Davey Vega confronted the LWA President, Tim Alley.

The First Family defeated the former LWA team of Babe Watch in November of 2009, qualifying for a shot at the LWA Tag Team Championship. The F1rst Family returns for Circus Maximus, and the trio is gunning for the Hooligan's belts in an LWA Tag Team Trios Match. Being outnumbered by the F1rst Family, Mason and Devin Cutter have enlisted the aid of the Master of Trios Matches "Lightening" Mike Quackenbush.
The animosity between "The Future" Donovan Ruddick and "The Don Mega" Shorty Biggs continues at Circus Maximus. Ruddick currently holds the LWA Medallions of Pain and Brutality, lacking only the Medallion of Torment to guarantee himself a championship match at a time of his choosing. The Medallion of Brutality rules are in effect, as the holder can determine the rules of the match. "The Future" has requested to face "The Don Mega" in the first ever LWA Texas Bullrope Match. In this test of strength and domination, the first competetor to drag his opponent and touch all four corners of the ring wins. Will Shorty Biggs finally topple the 6'9" Monster, or will Ruddick make short work of the big hearted, Shorty Biggs?
