Pyramid club addison ~ No big deal, it's not far from the original venue anyway. And all of the back and forth on here is like 12 year olds text messaging. If you don't like IWA, do you really need to hang out on their page and talk about that? IWA fans don't care about what haters have to say, regardless of how many shows anyone has been to. It's just a shame that people can't discuss the matches at hand, or piss off. And by the way, I've never been a huge Tracy Smothers fan, but I've always admired that he has a Porn $tar name : p

Thanks Yeah, because Sox is totally in the wring for being mad that he is owed money and doesn't feel like having to go to a show which will change venues last minute because Ian doesn't wanna pay rent which has happened with god only knows how many buildings and not wanting to sit through a show where they'll find out "Eddie Kingston's plane had car troubles. Markus Crane, Bucky Collins and Donnie Peppercrickett will take his place." He is owed money and has every right to want it back. |

Hey, I went to a show and got my money back.
If Sox wants his money back, he should go to a show and get it back, or just use that ticket for this year's TPI.
If he's so pissed off at IWA, why is he on the IWA board a couple of times a week posting?
He should stop being a crybaby and go get his money. But then I guess he likes being a crybaby.

I ended up going to the show yesterday with my friends. I wasn't happy with the venue change because Aurora is much closer to me. The Pyramid in Addison was a nice place and the food was reasonable and good. The show itself wasn't too bad. The match of the night was Jimmy Jacobs defeating Bucky Collins. They really had a great match.
Sox, I don't blame you for being upset. I'd feel that way if I were in your position.

If you pay Ian to wrestle, do you get booked to win if you pay more? Does the paid gate include if you pay to wrestle? Does Ian declare that income on his taxes? Who played booker last night? Has Ian ever paid his full crew HONESTLY??

The bottom line in this.
After the 2009 TPI was canceled they asked fans to mail in tickets to get refunds. I made a copy of the ticket and mailed it to the address provided. No refund ever arrived. Since that time I have moved and lost the original ticket in the process. So, there is no way I'd get my money back.
I truly do not feel like I am whining here and I do not think I deserve to be slammed by random board posters.

Sox shouldnt have to go to a show to get his money back. In the end if he wants his money back he has to go to a show. Clearly it looks like what he has to do to get the money back.
or sue Ian Rotten on People Court.
