Kiwi Jell-O came out for the opening matchup, but Darin Childs attacked him and introduced the fans to St. Louis Anarchy...no countouts, no DQs, only pinfall-or-submission winners and the fans had the freedom to decide who to support. This segued into the opener...
The Hooligans & Gorgeous Jordan Lacey d. Shorty Biggs, Adam Raw, & Darin Childs. One of the Hooligans stunned the fans with a moonsault off the top rope to take out several opponents on the floor. The match ended when Devin Cutter pinned Childs after the wheelbarrow DDT double-team finisher.
ACW Heavyweight Champion Robert "R.D." Evans cut a promo about being the moral backbone of the company and was confronted by his opponent for the night, Rachel Summerlyn...
Return date is March 12th with Masada and Portia Perez confirmed.
A six-way dance with both the ACW T.V. and U-30 Titles on the line was slightly delayed due to a power outage in the building...but the ring filled with talent as T.V. Champion J.T. Lamotta, U-30 Champion A.C.H., Billy McNeil, Tony Kozina, Shane Hollister, and Darin Corbin hooked up. Lamotta pinned McNeil with a rollup and handful of tights, then Kozina used a Flair pin to eliminate Hollister. A.C.H. and Lamotta got stereo rollup falls on Corbin and Kozina(respectively) before squaring off with both belts at stake. A.C.H. got Lamotta in an O'Connor roll and attempted a bridge, but both men's shoulders were counted down for three and the match ended in a draw, leaving both belts with their respective holders.
Dingo made his long-awaited return to wrestling against his student Mat Fitchett. Both wrestlers exchanged high-impact moves, but Dingo got frustrated when Fitchett wouldn't stay down after two Dingo Drivers(the second onto a chair). In the end, Dingo resorted to a punt below the belt to set up the small package victory. Post-match, Dingo declared that his old outlook got him dropped on his head and it was a new day for him...which brought out Arik Cannon to assist in a double-team beatdown of Fitchett. Even ring announcer Greg Jovi took some abuse, including a Dingo Driver...forcing Graham Wellington to fill in for the rest of the night.
In a hard-hitting battle of attrition, Davey Richards(w/ Tony Kozina & Kyle O'Reilly) got the victory over Davey Vega via grapevine anklelock. Richards admitted that he may have underestimated Vega, but was impressed by the level of competition in the St. Louis area and said he would be back very soon!
After intermission, Dragon Gate star Akira Tozawa took on Gerald James(w/ Dorian Victor & "Mrs. Victor"). Both men showed their toughness, surviving a ton of punishment from each other. Tozawa picked up the victory with a German suplex.
In another high-impact affair, Arik Cannon emerged victorious over Kyle O'Reilly(w/ Richards & Kozina). O'Reilly had a strong showing but Cannon finished the job with the Glimmering Warlock.
R. D. Evans had a tough time dealing with Rachel Summerlyn with his ACW Heavyweight Title on the line...Summerlyn proved that she could compete with a tough male competitor, but Evans was just a bit better and got the submission win with a modified camel clutch.
In a wild brawl of a main event, Evan Gelistico defended the St. Louis Anarchy Heavyweight Title against Dan Walsh. Chairs flew as they fought all over the building...Walsh was left bloody after Gelistico bashed him with a light fixture, but returned fire by suplexing Evan onto a set of chairs. Gelistico riled up Walsh by calling him a "low-rent Miz"...he took Walsh down into the St. Louis Stretch, but incredibly The New Deal was able to fight out of the hold! Gelistico prepared to lower the boom with a chair, but the referee declared Walsh unable to continue and stopped the match...a controversial decision that didn't seem to satisfy anyone but Evan himself. Walsh was ticked about the finish of the matchup, but didn't get much opportunity to retaliate as Cannon and Dingo attacked him from behind! The two left him laying, but Walsh was able to get up and leave the ring under his own power...
