A huge thanks to everyone who came to the show last night at the Frontier Fieldhouse. We cracked the 1,500 mark, the largest attendance in that venue since "Better Than Our Best" during Mania weekend in 2006. Quick results... 1. Davey Richards defeated Colt Cabana via submission. 2. Mike Bennett defeated Steve Corino & Grizzly Redwood & Kyle O'Reilly in Four Corner Survival. 3. El Generico defeated Michael Elgin. 4. Roderick Strong defeated Homicide in a Street Fight to retain the ROH World Championship. 5. Sara Del Rey defeated MsChif. 6. Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli defeated Rhett Titus & Kenny King to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship. 7. ROH World TV Champion Christopher Daniels wrestled Eddie Edwards to a 30 minute time limit draw in a 2 out of 3 falls match. They were tied at one fall a piece when the time limit expired, shortly after Daniels sustained a head injury on a rana off the top rope, which busted him open on the top of his head. Jim Cornette told the fans they'd love to give them five more minutes, but Daniels couldn't continue and it will have to wait for a rematch in the future when both men are healthy. 8. Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas defeated Jay & Mark Briscoe to become #1 Contenders for the ROH World Tag Team Championship. They will get their shot at ROH Takes Center Stage on April 1st in Atlanta. You can catch the replay of the show at www.gofightlive.tv on demand.

I saw Daniels briefly at the after dinner party and he seemed alright. He was in good spirits. It was a fun night and hats off to ROH!

The ROH fans and talent went to a nice place called Mama Rosas. HowSloppy Howard's pic is on the wall for winning their first ever pizza eating contest. He looked more like he was wearing the pizza then eating it.

I attended many ROH shows in at the Frontier Field House (long before anchov first set foot in that venue, btw), and then attended many AFTER-SHOW parties at Rosa's, but never an "after dinner party." Poor anchov can't even get that right. His last sentence is another product of his lame and food-obsessed imagination. He must really miss doing those fake "interviews."
But onto something serious. What time did the show end? I would think with Daniels/Edwards going the time limit, and the main event likely not being rushed, it was a long show in the Gabe tradition.

so, under 3:30 for the whole show, not bad. I thought it was a great show, although being yelled at by the production crew for being too loud was a bit unwelcome...
