Paradox Wrestling presented "What A Horrible Night to Crown A Champion" featuring a one night 8 man tournament to decide the first champion of Paradox Wrestling.
Match 1: Ryan Project def. Ace Martino
Following the match, Keith Creme came out to congratulate Ryan Project on his victory and inform the crowd that he would be forfeiting his position in the tournament, stating that he shouldn't have to prove himself against 7 other men, that he should simply be named the number 1 contender to the title.
Match 2: First Round Match - Sean Tyler def. Ryan Project
Match 3: First Round Match - Jimmy Shalwin def. Joseph Schwartz
Before the match, Jimmy Shalwin told the fans that he was unaware he was showing up to a wrestling show, that he thought he was coming to a sales convention for his HYPE energy drink. The only reason he stayed was so he could win the Paradox Title, and throw it in the junkyard and rid the world of P2W.
Match 4: First Round Match - Russ Jones def. Jack Verville
Match 5: Jimmy Jacobs def. Jamie Eternal
After the match, Eternal was enraged with the loss and attacked Jimmy Jacobs. He severely injured his knee and took out several members of security that tried to stop him. Jacobs had to be helped back to the locker room.
Match 6: Bam Hanson def. Mr. Nifty
Match 7: Scotty Young, Ace Martino, & John E Cash def. Adam Bueller and The Saints of Los Angeles (Johnny Motley & Ritchie Rothchild)
The match was originally scheduled to be Main Street Youth vs. The BeBe Boys, however Scotty Young revealed that he had friends in many places who saw to it that Tony X or Ryan Epic would be unable to make the show. After being attacked by 3 men, the Saints of Los Angeles came in to make the save and set up a six man tag.
Match 8: Tournament Finals - Russ Jones won the 4 way elimination to become the first champion of Paradox Wrestling.
It was announced that Jimmy Jacobs was too injured to compete in the finals and that the match would be made a 3 way elimination match. Sean Tyler was eliminated first. Following the elimination, Jimmy Jacobs forced his way to the ring with security and fellow wrestlers trying to hold him back for his own safety to participate in the match. Jimmy Shalwin was then eliminated. After the injury finally caught up to Jacobs, Russ Jones eliminated him to become Paradox Wrestling champion.
