Quick correction: Rhino didn't defeat Jimmy Rockwell in a match. Rockwell cut a promo before intermission complaining about not being booked on the card. Then some damn fool turned out the lights and when they came back on, Rhino (an unannounced/unadvertised surprise guest) was in the ring and nailed Rockwell with a sick gore.
Did we blantantly steal that spot from ECW? Yes. did it work like a charm and the 600-plus people in attendence totally lose their minds and love it? Yes.

Detailed results ....
Pro Wrestling BLITZ's Unfinished Business IV was held Saturday January 28th, drawing over 600 fans at a new venue, St. Joseph Park in Joliet, IL, featuring "Rockstar" Jimmy Rockwell being gored by our special surprise guest, and an absolutely brutal Fans Bring the Weapons/Barbed Wire Ropes match between Dysfunction and "The Insurance Policy" Tony Scarpone. The show opened with the ring announcer being interrupted by The Elite’s super-agent, Rinaldo Piven. Piven explained that Al Snow wasn't there tonight wasn’t because he's in Europe with TNA but that he fears The Elite. He then introduced a personal friend of his, Real World Hollywood's Joey Kovar as The Elite's newest member and enforcer. After Kovar talked himself up and put down Joliet, Piven told Ashton Vuitton, who showed up at the show in a hummer limo, that he's been dropping the ball lately and this next match was a chance to turn that around. Match 1: Ashton Vuitton (w/Rinaldo Piven and Joey Kovar) vs. Mike Horning Experience overtook youth in the opening minutes of the match as Horning outclassed Vuitton. Vuitton turned the tide but Horning got his boot up on a charge to the corner, then hit his 2nd rope moonsault for a two-count. Horning went for the Death Valley Driver, but Vuitton countered with an X-Factor for another count of two. Horning sent Vuitton into the ropes on an Irish Whip reversal, and Piven, who wasn't watching, tripped up Vuitton, allowing Horning to get the win with a sunset flip in 7:54. Afterward, Piven was visibly upset with Vuitton, saying he was sick of him losing and not representing The Elite. Piven said since he can't trust Vuitton to do it alone, Joey Kovar will also be out with Ryan Slade in tonight's BLITZ Championship match. Willie Da Bomb Richardson was introduced and he explained that like the show's title suggests, he has unfinished business with Machine. He pointed out how their previous matches ended inconclusively. Tonight, there must be a winner. Machine came out and accepted the challenge, noting that he and Dysfunction were to be known as the All American Scumbags, and that the only person he hates more than anyone is the man in the mirror. Anything he's going to do to Willie isn't anything he's already done to himself. Match 2: "Messiah of the Spine Buster" Machine vs. "The Urban American Dream" Willie Da Bomb Richardson As expected, this one started with a brawl between the two monsters that spilled out onto the floor. Richardson amazed everyone when he scaled the top and hit a plancha, crashing 295 lbs. onto Machine. Back in the ring, Richardson dropped a 2nd rope elbow on Machine for a near fall. Machine had a short comeback but Richardson cut him off with Machine's own spinebuster for a two count. Willie went to the top again but took too long to get up there as he missed the big leg drop. As they got up, Machine hit Willie with a Pounce of his own. Similar to before, Willie mounted a short flurry of offense when Machine reversed an Irish Whip and hit his Spinebuster. Machine went to the top and hit a huge frog splash for the win in 8:10. Adding insult to injury, Machine went to the top and hit another splash. Machine left Richardson laying with the message that he's an All American Scumbag, and scum always rises to the top. Match 3: Zach Thompson and "Walking Aphrodisiac" Matty Starr (w/Rinaldo Piven) vs. Justin Reno and Buddy Roberts, Jr. Newcomers Reno and Roberts went on the offensive early, showing that Thompson and Starr didn't do their homework. Roberts hit a move that started like an air raid crash but ended up in a bulldog, then Reno came in and tied up Thompson with a figure 4/butterfly combo when Starr came in and broke up the hold. The Elite pounded on Reno until Reno backflipped out of a double back suplex attempt and got the hot tag. The son of the Freebird came in a house of fire, lifting Starr for a suplex while Reno came off the top with a cross body for two when Piven distracted the ref. Amidst the confusion, Starr crushed Roberts with his new finisher, the package piledriver, for the win in 5:49. Before the next match it was revealed that our special guest at BLITZ's next show, Saturday February 25th, will be the Greatest Intercontinental Champion of All Time, the Honky Tonk Man! Match 4: Robert Anthony vs. Ruff Crossing Anthony threatened to walk out on the match, calling Crossing a kid and at one point forgot his name. As Anthony was on his way to the back, Crossing got the mic and said last time the fans saw him, he was in the crowd just like them. He came to Blitz to punish people like Anthony and called him a chicken. Anthony returned to the ring, telling Crossing he's in Anthony's house now, and nailed him with the mic. Crossing came back in short order though, showing he's a seasoned veteran and not a kid. Anthony tried to walk out again, but Crossing flattened him with a pescado to the floor. As Crossing was getting back in the ring, Anthony kicked the 2nd rope to crotch Crossing while the ref was checking on a turnbuckle Anthony claimed was faulty. While wearing down his opponent, Anthony got the mic and taunted Crossing in between stomps. Anthony set Crossing up for a suplerplex, but Ruff fought back and hit an ace crusher off the ropes for two when he couldn't make the cover right away. After some atomic drops and a double underhook into a back breaker, Crossing went for a pump handle but Anthony reversed it into a powerbomb. Anthony went for a 2nd powerbomb, but Crossing avoided that and came off the ropes with a huge lariat turning Anthony inside out. Crossing again went for the pump handle, but Anthony floated over behind him and hooked a school boy with a handful of tights for the win in 10:38. Afterward, Anthony complimented Crossing and asked the fans if they wanted to see him back, to which the crowd loudly approved. He went for a handshake but pulled back, saying Crossing's never coming back. Crossing then chased Anthony to the locker room. "Rockstar" Jimmy Rockwell came out and complained that he was told there was a special musical guest, Fallen Angel, but he wasn't invited to sing any Journey or Europe songs. He also didn't have a match and said he deserves title matches and main events. The lights went out and when they came back, The Big F'n Deal Rhyno was waiting in the corner and gored Rockwell out of his boots! Match 5: "The Warrior" Barry Ryte vs. Mike Anthony This was the start of Ryte's Warrior Challenge. Before the match, he once again talked about how he's a cancer survivor and how no one in the audience or in the locker room could handle what he went through. The match started with vet and rookie face to face when Anthony slapped the taste out of Ryte's mouth. Anthony proceeded to punish Ryte, throwing him to the outside and bodyslamming him on the floor. As Anthony was dragging his young opponent back into the ring, Ryte shouldered Anthony in the gut and pulled his arm over the top rope. He followed with a single arm DDT for 2. Ryte went to the 2nd rope but Anthony stopped him with a nasty chop and hit a superplex for 2 to bring the crowd to its feet. Anthony locked on a sleeper, but Ryte pushed off the turnbuckle with his feet to roll Anthony backward for the pin over the 20+ year veteran in 5:51. Match 6: The Stone Temple (Kenneth G. Lewis and Blitz No Limits Champion "Simply Amazing" Justin Dredd w/Steve Stone) vs. Brandon Blaze and a mystery partner. Before the match, Steve Stone ran down Joliet and Brandon Blaze for celebrating their drinking habits. He added his crew isn't worried about Blaze's mystery partner because Blaze doesn't have any friends. Despite Stone's assumption, Blaze introduced Hardcore Craig, former American History Next tag partner of Stone's, as his partner for the match. Craig told Stone that American History Next was about being proud of who you are, not "cleansing the minds" of jabronies like Lewis and Dredd. The crowd was way into Craig's chops and double chops on Lewis. He tossed Lewis over the top to the floor, who crashed hard with a flat back. Blaze and Dredd tagged in and Dredd looked to have Blaze down after a lungblower, but Craig broke up the pin. As the ref was distracted with getting Craig back out of the ring, Lewis missed a 2nd rope leg drop. Blaze hit Lewis with a t-bone suplex and got the tag to Craig. Craig tossed the No Limits Champ with a table top suplex after catching a cross body block attempt, then hit his air raid crash. He got a 2 with his running Michinoku Driver on Dredd. Blaze and Craig hit a double flapjack on Dredd, when Stone and Lewis pulled the No Limits champ out of the ring and walked out. Craig tried to keep Ben the ref from administering the 10-count. The ref went to the back and Stone refused to come back. The official decision in 8:35 was a victory for Blaze and Craig by forfeit. Match 7: "Latin Lover" Tony Rican vs. "Simply Ravishing" Ryan Slade (w/Ashton Vuitton and Joey Kovar) for the Blitz Heavyweight Championship. Slade took so long to get in the ring for the big fight intros that Rican hit him with a suicide dive. The ref was able to get control and the match was on after the in ring introductions. Slade showed he had the power advantage in this one, tossing Rican to the mat on the initial lock up. Rican began working on Slade's left arm. The Champ retreated to the floor for a consultation with Vuitton and Kovar. Rican went for a pescado on the group, but Kovar and Slade bolted, forcing Vuitton to take the hit. Slade distracted the ref in the ring, allowing Vuitton and Kovar to throw the challenger into the guardrail and Kovar to hit some clubbing forearm blows. The smaller Rican was able to get short bursts of offense, but the powerful and excellently conditioned champion ended each by targeting Rican's back, notably with three rib breakers in a row for 2. For the 2nd time in the match, Slade tied Rican up in the Tree of Woe and stood on his crotch, only this time Rican sat up and flung Slade back with a German Release Suplex. Rican set up Slade for the Annexation of Puerto Rico, but the champ countered with an inverted suplex for 2. Slade then appropriately hit a Rude Awakening for 2. Rican hit his Lungblower on Slade, bringing in Vuitton who took an inverted Lungblower, which brought in Kovar who suffered an enzeguri. Rican hit the Annexation of Puerto Rico on Slade, but Matty Starr charged the ring to break up the pin, forcing the ref to call for the bell and award the match to Rican by Disqualification in 11:55. Zach Thompson and Rinaldo Piven joined the party as The Elite put the boots to Rican before Starr hit his Package Piledriver on the Latin Lover. Slade then jabbed Rican in the throat with the Canadian flag and used the flag's staff to choke him out. Main Event: Dysfunction vs. "The Insurance Policy" Tony Scarpone in a Fans Bring the Weapons/Barbed Wire Ropes match. As Scarpone entered the ring, he was greeted with a parking sign shot from Dys and the fight was under way. Weapons used in this match included but were not limited to a trash can, trash can lid, steel chair, steel baking sheet, a stack of beer cans taped together, and various golf clubs. Dys used a cheese grater to bust open Scarpone's forehead and left forearm. Dys even got a small piece of the ref's arm with the grater, which the ref decided to let go and let the match continue. Dys stacked up a pile of weapons in the corner, including a barbed wire chair and sign saying "somebody call my mama". Dys whipped Scarpone, but he reversed the Irish Whip, sending Dys flipping into the carnage. The first pinfall attempt came after Scarpone smashed a guitar over Dys's head for a 2-count. Scarpone had a pool cue but Dys broke a hockey stick across his back. Outside the ring, Scarpone battled back by using a staple gun to staple dollar bills to Dys's arm! Dys blinded Scarpone by spitting hot sauce in Scarpone's eyes. Dys missed throwing a thumbtack pie at Scarpone, then Scarpone hit him with a DDT on the floor. Back in the ring, Dys was the first to be thrown into the barbed wire ropes. Tony was going to throw him into each side, but a dropkick from Dys sent Scarpone to the cold barbed steel. Dys hit Scarpone across the back with the barbed wire chair, then forced his head into the wire. It looked like Scarpone's face was caught in the barbed wire as he couldn't get loose, but he ripped free in time to catch Dys going to the top and tossed him onto the barbed wire chair. Scarpone pulled out a bag and poured thumbtacks all over the mat, but Dys got a super kick, shooting The Insurance Policy hard into the tacks. Scarpone choke slammed Dys onto a band of light tubes, exploding and shattering upon impact. It looked the match was all Scarpone at this point when Robert Anthony interfered, hit Scarpone with his Death Valley Bomb, and Dys got the cover and the win at the 14:22 mark.
