I had a good time with my niece and nephew.
Unfortunately I was never good at writing down results so here is the next best thing.

Billy Corgan’s Resistance Pro Wrestling “TAKEN BY FORCE” Results 6/15/2012 Excalibur Nightclub in Chicago
Chris Castro pinned Matt Knicks in a dark match
Rinaldo Pivin opened the show in a neck brace and sling claiming to have been seriously injured by R-Pro Commissioner of Wrestler Safety, Chris Nowinski at the last R-Pro event when Nowinski punched him. Nowinski accepted a challenge wherein Pivin would select one wrestler and Nowinski with Billy Corgan’s brother Jesse would select another with the stipulation that if Pivin won, Nowinski would be relieved of his commissioner position and if he lost, Pivin would be barred from R-Pro for 6 months
In the opening match, Thunderkitty defeated Lucy Mendez with a sleeper
In a quarter-final match for the Resistance Pro Tag Tam titles, Lock-Up (Suge D & Aaron Epic with Warden Meyers) beat the team of Matt Cross & Chris Hall
Nikki St. John came out and cut a promo explaining why she cut all ties with Woman’s champion, Melanie Cruise and asked her to come out. Instead, Taylor Made came out representing Cruise and attacked St. John but St. John recovered and beat Taylor severely with a kendo stick
Josephus Brody beat John Skyler and Mr. 450 in a 3 way dance when he pinned Skyler
Lou D’Angeli came out to cut a promo on extol the virtues of recently turned R-Pro Heavyweight Champion, Harry Smith. Smith came out and said he wouldn’t wrestle this evening but would give a demonstration of wrestling to someone in the crowd. A young man was pulled from the crowd and Smith manhandled him, making him tap out twice, once to a code red armbar and once to a sharpshooter. Dragon ACH interrupted the “demonstration” and got Smith to agree to a non-title match
Harry Smith pinned Dragon ACH in a non-title contest
In the Special Nowinski vs Pivin challenge match. Rinaldo Pivin chose as his wrestler, newly signed Ashton Vuitton. Jesse Corgan chose women’s wrestler Serenity to front him. Serenity held her own for a while and when it appeared she might pull an upset, Corgan turned on his choice, causing Serenity to lose the match and Chris Nowinski to lose his position as Commissioner of Wrestler Safety. Corgan explained that he was sick and tired of living under his brother’s shadow and confirmed his alliance with Pivin
Women’s Champion, Melanie Cruise used her feet on the ropes to retain the title over Angelina Love
In the main event to crown the #1 contender to the Resistance Pro Heavyweight Title, Lonesome Jay Bradley pinned “The Ego” Robert Anthony in a terrific 4-star match
Notes: Very solid crowd, totally behind the match action. Lots of interaction between the wrestlers and fans. There was also a meet and greet before and after the show with the vast majority of the roster. Next R-Pro event is July 27th in Chicago
