Opening the show was Mr. Ricolo. While introducing the show, Ricolo was interrupted by an angry Ruff Crossing. Crossing belittled the crowd and had nothing but a mouth full of foul things to say about Belvidere when he was cut off by the familiar music of Belvidere's own Jack Carpenter. Carpenter demanded Crossing shut his mouth and stated later that night he would shut it for him.
The opening match saw a hot back and forth between "Sexy" KC and Seaman. KC began jaw jacking with the crowd, giving Seaman enough time to recover and hit the confident KC with Fisherman Suplex and put him away for the 1..2..3.
Winner: Seaman
Match 2 of the night was a make your mark 4 way match that SPW Owner Alexander Kellerman introduced himself into making this match a 5 way. Kellerman was quickly eliminated by Shane Fury. Moments later, following 2 death valley drivers and one thunderous lariat to the back of the head of his opponent, Fury's hand was raised in victory.
Winner: Shane Fury
The next contest brought in the night's first tag team action. The Troublemakers, a hot young tag team with something to prove, vs the team of Pastor Randell Phelps and his young follower Dante. After bold, in your face offense by the holy man, the speed and comfort of team work left the Troublemakers with a big victory.
Winners: The Troublemakers
This bout was an exciting contest by two long time rivals being hashed out in front of this hot crowd. Out first, representing his home at Wicked Wisconsin was Mo Foley followed in toe by the lovely and dangerous Shonda Boomer. After a few cheap shots at the recently defeated Chicago Bears, Foley's harsh words were interrupted by Martyr. These to men put on an exciting match. Shonda Boomer interjected herself into this match allowing Mo enough time to sneak in a couple of low blows while the refs back was turned. Foley crashed and burned with a top rope corkscrew senton allowing Martyr to make his way back into this match. His offense was short lived as Foley was able to take back control of the match and hit his opponent with a remarkable tight rope walk spring board clothesline. Foley's arrogance became his enemy leading to a momentum killing Dragonsteiner by Martyr. Foley tried to fight back in to this bout but Martyr's submission proved to be too painful.
Winner: Martyr
INTERMISSION
Following the Intermission, We are greeted back by Mr.Ricolo. The next contest is a one fall to a finish Fatal 4 Way. Out first was Mikey Wild. Following him we saw Jynx, Sunny Ago and Joey Brittain. The action begins with what seems to be a partnership between Brittain and Wild. A quick reversal by Sunny Ago saw Wild and Brittain being blasted to the outside with a drop kick. Jynx hit the men outside with an impressive suicide dive and Sunny with a top rope dive to the outside. the action spilled back into the ring, seeing Brittain reversing Ago and hitting him with a cutter out of no where. Brittain's pin attempt was foiled by an impressive running shooting star press by Jynx. Wild hit the ring following the pin break up which turned into a brutal back and worth between Wild and Jynx. Wild took the upper hand with a corner face wash with Jynx bouncing right back with a boot of his own setting up the leaping top rope frankensteiner from Jynx to Wild that ended with Jynx injuring himself to the point of not being able to recover and go for the pinfall. After a back and forth between Wild and Ago, Brittain hit the ring just to discover the Ago had his number. Sunny Ago's fast paced offense seemed to be his down fall as Brittain reversed, set Ago up and hit him with his Super Kurt Cobain straight into Wild's, ode to Misawa, Tiger Driver '91. In the strangest twist in this match, Wild and Brittain turned their attentions to Jynx. After lifting the you man to his feet, they ordered him to pin Sunny Ago. Jynx complied and walked away having his hands raised by the two larger men.
Winner: Jynx
Out first we see the team of Aaron Xavier and Justice Jones. These two have been an untouchable tag team all over the Midwest independent circuit. Their opponents in this contest are the unlikely team of Melanie Cruise and "The Devil's Plaything" himself, Machine. The action begins with Aaron Xavier having a mouth full of brash things to say about his opponents and those in attendance. Cruise shined early powering the seemingly terrified Xavier around the ring. Xavier continued retreating in fear to his corner, and much larger partner, for condolences. Justice Jones tagged himself in and demanded to square off against the Veteran Machine. A test of size and power began with a sequence of shoulder tackles. The illusive Justice Jones used this as an opportunity to get the upper hand on Machine by feigning to hit the ropes and kicking him square in the stomach. This advantage was short lived as Machine leveled Jones with a powerful shot sending him sailing to the ringside floor. The larger and stronger
Jones was able to hang Machine up on the top rope and take over on offense. Machine attempted to fight his way back in but was cut off by the big boot of Jones. Jones and Xavier continued to ware the veteran down when Machine exploded with a monstrous spine buster, giving him enough time to recovery and to make the tag to the fresh Melanie Cruise. Cruise came in like a house of fire with a series of powerful attacks against her opponents. This was soon after put to a grinding halt as Jones and Xavier put her away with a deadly double team maneuver.
Winners: Justice Jones and Aaron Xavier
The next contest saw the match provoked in the opening of the show between Jack Carpenter and Ruff Crossing. This was a great match with neither man able to get the upper hand. That is until the Cowboy found himself backed into a literal corner with the working class hero coming on strong. The referee interjected himself between the two aggressive men. Carpenter, in frustration, side stepped the referee and continued his assault on his larger opponent. The referee again attempted to separate the two. This time, Carpenter moved the referee out of his way. Thus moving the referee out of place long enough for Ruff Crossing to blast Carpenter with his patented cowbell and enabling him to pick up the victory.
Winner: Ruff Crossing
The final contest of the night is the Main Event encounter between Pauly Thomaselli and David "Kid" Kash. This match was not a high flying battle, nor was it spot to spot wrestling. No. This was a fine example of what technical wrestling is and what has been seemingly missing, for the most part, from this fine sport for the better part of a decade. Holds for holds, counters for counters, chain for chain. The back and forth continued until Kash found an opportunity to cheap shot his opponent. Kash then began working on the leg of Thomaselli. After a few moments of working on the leg, Thomaselli wisely rolled out out of the ring. Kash, to not give Pauly time to recover, went right after Thomaselli on the outside. After a few shots from both men, Kash grabbed a chair from the front row and threw it directly at the face of Pauly Thomaselli. However, this shot with the foreign object did not have the desired effect on the tough as nails Thomaselli as Pauly bounced right back with one of his feared forearm shots crashing right on the jaw of Kash. Both men found their way back in the ring. With a clever reversal, Kash found himself back in control of this match. After wearing down the leg of Thomaselli for several minutes, Kash locked on a viscous Figure Four and had it hooked on tight. After minutes of having been in the Figure Four, Thomaselli reversed the hold and pressure on to Kash. Kash wisely made it to the ropes. Following the rope break the countdown to a time limit draw began causing the two men to scramble for quick roll ups for the pin fall victory. When the clock rolled down to 5 seconds remaining Justice Jones and Aaron Xavier hit the ring and began assaulting the two veterans, causing the fantastic bout to end with or. Kash and Thomaselli quickly turned the tables on the unwanted intruders, clearing the ring and ending with a frightening chair shot to the head of Jones at the hands of Kash. David "Kid" Kash then presented a challenge to Jones and Xavier to face the team of Kash and Pauly Thomaselli. The match was signed for Stateline Pro Wrestling's Return show "The Ides of March" on March 15th, 2014.
