Personally, the two main gimmick matches didn't float my boat like I thought they would, but were both fine, no crazy out there spots, unless you count Dave Crist hanging from a light rig rafter and falling straight on his tailbone.
Crowd was kind of dying out at the end of the cage match. At least I was.
Fairly full house, despite hockey game.
Is it really the House of Truth without Truth Martini?
Steen got the first huge reaction, but after Jimmy pulled the "I've been here 9 years card," crowd turned for him. Steen teased a piledriver on the bar, but did a tumbleweed off it instead.
Cage vs. Esparza...eh.
MOTN was Walker vs. Boz. Seriously, crowd was into it, both guys busted it in a big man match much better than you see on WWE TV. Boz juiced, too.
8-person tag was out there in terms of storyline randomness, but fun. Ryan groped Heidi. Lot of action with ladies getting over on the guys. I'd rather see Veda in singles, but that's me. Ryan pulled a Candido and the crowd saw his thong.
If the talk of the special guests coming in for the July show comes to fruition, it could be a good match.
Next shows: May 31 in Pontiac (Freakster's). June 20 in Berwyn (Eagles Club). Scars & Stripes is 7/18 in Merrionette Park (115 Bourbon).
