UnderGround Wrestling “Unfinished Business” Results – 3/12/16:
Match 1: Rey Furia defeated Sean Orleans by pinfall after a Backpack Stunner.
Match 2: JJ Garrett defeated Draconis by DQ after Garrett pulled down his pants revealing a
“man thong” which infuriated Draconis into using the banned lariat. Titles cannot change hands on a disqualification therefore Draconis is still the UGW Independent Champion.
Match 3: Gary Jay defeated Brendan Conway by pinfall in what was a hard hitting contest.
-UGW Majority owner came to the ring announced that on 4/16 at Retribution, JJ Garrett will get another shot at Draconis’ Independent Championship. Since Bacaling doesn’t like being forced or threatened to do things, he made the stipulation that if JJ Garrett does not win the championship, he will be fired from UnderGround.
Bacaling also announced that he and GALLI Lucha management came to a mutual agreement that to ensure that both Title vs. Title matches would have a winner & double champion, that both matches would be NO Disqualification!
Match 4: The Church (Jesus Bryce & Acid Jaz) defeating Bryan Fellowes & Skitz M. Jones of #Glitterbomb to become the NEW UnderGround Wrestling Tag Team Champions.
Match 5: The Viking War Party (American Viking & Littlest Viking) defeated “The Survivor Barry Ryte & “Marvelous” Matt Knicks in tag team action. Afterwards, Barry Ryte turned on Matt Knicks, who filled in for Marcus Conrad.
Match 6: DDS defeated “The Angel of Flight” Mike Matthews by pinfall after a Delicious Driver from the 2nd rope, thanks to the distraction of Priest. Afterwards, Priest delivered his F5/Rock Bottom to an already beaten Matthews.
Match 7: Geoffrey Percival Austere defeated “The Voodoo King” Mojo McQueen by pinfall with a 2nd rope Drop Out on to a pile of chairs to become the NEW UnderGround Wrestling Champion and thus ending the 2-year undefeated streak and 15-month championship reign of Mojo McQueen. In a sign of respect, the former champion shook the hand of GPA and left the ring to him to celebrate. However, DDS made his intentions known by coming to the ring and making sure that GPA knew he was coming for the UGW Championship.
UnderGround Wrestling returns to Villa Park, IL on April 16th for “Retribution!”
