CSW (Chicago Style Wrestling’s “Direct Challenge”) Live Event Results From Guerin Prep High School In River Grove, IL From 1/19/19:
Kevin Woods & Mike Fierro won this month’s CSW Futures Division Battle Royal & tag team match by defeating Cypher & Cryptonite Kid. The final four in the royal were placed arbitrarily into a tag team match to determine the winners. Other participants included Nathan Novak, Primo Loco, Jay Thunder, JC Hazard, Axel Rico, & Lee Metallik.
Elite Marco Anthony w/Chazz Moretti defeated Axel Rico. After the bout, Marco Anthony blamed Moretti’s poor decision making for losing his chance to be a tag team champion in November. At the same time, Marco Anthony praised the new tag team champions and wanted to congratulate them. Moretti proclaimed that he owned Marco Anthony and was disappointed with Anthony’s lack of commitment, gratitude, class, & interest. Moretti put his foot down about how he runs his own agency even declaring that a better tag team, the Slambinos, would debut in CSW on March 16.
All Day Marshe Rockett retained the CSW Metra Division Championship by beating Jack Moody & Urban American Dream Willie The Bomb Richardson w/Faith in a Triple Threat Match when Rockett pinned Moody.
Prince Of Pro Wrestling TJ Steel defeated Ryan Matthews
Missa Kate beat Miranda Rites w/GPW General Manager Steve Ahrendt when Rites knocked down Ahrendt by accident and Kate scored the win via a roll-up.
Nacho Clown defeated Miller Time Chris Miller
CJ Esparza beat Joe Alonzo by holding the tights and using the ropes for leverage.
Dark Horse Nick Cutler defeated Jake Andrews with a low blow as the official was spun around by Cutler causing the official to not see the infraction.
CSW Tag Team Champions Sierra & Vanessa Azure wrestled A-List (CSW Heavyweight Champion Filth King Brubaker & Jason Hades) to a No Contest with all titles on the line when Brubaker attacked his partner Hades with a steel chair forcing a referee stoppage. All champions retained on the technicality. Hades accidently dropped an elbow on Brubaker earlier in the bout. Brubaker was disappointed with Hades as he was unable to finish off Vanessa resorting in Brubaker losing his mind attacking Hades, Sierra, & Vanessa until Marco Anthony arrived on the scene.
Superstar Steve Boz w/Kimzilla beat The Rage Mitch Blake w/Steve Ahrendt as a result of a Disqualification when Skrubual interfered. The Rage attacked Boz 2-on-1 until Kimzilla begged and pleaded for her brother TJ Steel to make the save. Reluctantly, Boz issued a challenge to team up with Steel against the Rage in another CSW vs. GPW tag team clash 2/2/19. The Rage did not accept or reject that particular challenge.
