PopAFeely won the CSW Futures Division Battle Royal last eliminating Jake Sheldon to earn a match on the main card. Other participants included Da Corn Boi, West Side Warrior, Lee Metallik, Benjamin Diabla, Codey James, Axel Rico, Big T, Primo Loco, & Joey Mac.

Chicago’s Sweetheart Missa Kate retained the CSW Ladies Championship by defeating Blair Onyx
Bruz Brothers (Superstar Steve Boz & Prince Of Pro Wrestling TJ Steel) won the CSW Tag Team Championships by beating The Moretti Agency (Career Killer Chris Miller & Cypher) w/Chazz Moretti. CSW Elite Manager Marco Anthony declared earlier in the evening to Moretti that the tag titles would have to be defended no matter what. Former tag team champion Jack Moody, who was not in attendance, was eventually replaced by Cypher for this bout. Towards the end, Miller planned to use a sledgehammer on Boz but was distracted by the West Side Warrior leading to Miller smashing Cypher with the foreign object instead.
Dark Horse Nick Cutler defeated Jason Hades
CSW Metra Division Champion Jake Andrews wrestled CJ Esparza to a Double Pin. The referees could not decide a definitive winner. CSW Elite Manager Marco Anthony took the title and ordered that the combatants and officials leave the ringside area. An indication was made that the CSW Metra Division Championship might be held up and declared vacant until a ruling was determined 9/21.
Filth King Brubaker retained the CSW Heavyweight Championship by beating Ice Pick Vic Capri partially due to Capri’s head being smashed on an exposed turnbuckle while the official was disoriented.
