This was a free show at a huge park in Bridgeview, IL. The place was packed with people. I talked with a fan/worker Corey Malis who goes by the Robert Sabre. His nametag caught my attention. Sonny, please chime in about Corey. Corey and I talked about old school wrestling inside the air conditioned field house. I had a great time. Jimmy Blaze personally shook my hand and was appreciative I went. The boys were also appreciative. Lots of photo ops with Trevor Blanchard, Joey Roth and Roxy, others. The fireworks display after the card was great for the 4th of July weekend. |

Corey's Dad was good friends with Bob Sabre when i think Bob lived around Wells Park in Chicago so Corey who i helped break in at Windy City years ago took the name of Robert Sabre whom he knew growing up.
Sounds like it was a good time at the event. At some point this year or next year i'll work with POWW and become a 5 Decade Wrestler.
