It was a packed house inside the BCW Arena Saturday night as AWA-Brew City Wrestling put on another great show. The crowd was live and hot throughout.
Daryck St. Holmes, Esq beat Scotty Pryde by submission.
Pryde is a rookie with a lot of heart and St. Holmes is a willey vet and used that to his advantage. Pryde had St. Holmes several times in pin predicaments but Pryde's inexperience caused his downfall. Pryde went to the top rope after super plexing St. Holmes, went for a flying body press and connected but St. Holmes rolled the maneuver into a cross-face STF for the win.
SkullKrusher pinned "Canada's Best" Ian Xavier
Lord Kon MacIntosh, the voice of the "Foreign Franchise" came out and started to insult the fans of BCW and America. Saying that foreigners are treated like outsiders in America and deserve to be treated as kings. Then "Irish" Mickey McCoy came out and started bashing BCW promoter Frankie DeFalco saying that DeFalco has held him and other foreigners down in BCW long enough and that the "Foreign Franchise" are going to take it upon themselves to do something about it. Then the "British Babe Magnet" Kuba Andrews came out and claimed that all Americans are in denial and will pay for judging "foreigners" the wrong way. The McCoy introduced the newest member of the "Foreign Franchise" with "Canada's Best" Ian Xavier. Xavier said he was very upset that Canada didn't make it into the second round of the World Baseball Classic and America did. Canada beat Team USA and now it's a proven fact that America is the "political pig" of the world and he wanted to kick an American's ass tonight.. The music hit and the SkullKrusher came through the curtains. All members of the franchise bailed out. SkullKrusher took those statements to heart and used his brute strength to over power the Canadian. As SkullKrusher was about to pin Xavier, McCoy and Andrews jumped up on the apron. SkullKrusher went to them and ran their heads together. SkullKrusher went back to Xavier only to receive a finger in the eye. That gave Xavier time to get his goalie mask and he was about to bask SkullKrusher in the face with it but as soon as Xavier turned around he was met with a devastating spear fro SkullKrusher and was pinned.
"World's Sexiest Midget" Shortstack pinned Miss Anne w/Nick Colucci in an inter-gender match.
On April 14, Shortstack and Nick Colucci will face each other in a dog collar chain match so Colucci came to the ring with the chain. Through out the match, he tried to trip up Shortstack with the chain but failed. But Colucci went to the well one to many times with the chain. He went to trip up Shortstack put got Miss Anne's legs instead, tripped her up and Shortstack jumped on her for the pin.
Soul Shooters beat AWA-Brew City Wrestling Tag Team Champions, "Lust"(Bobby Valentino & Stevie Dredd) by DQ.
The Shooters used their size and strength to over power the smaller champions throughout the match. Everything "Lust" tried, failed for them. As the Shooters were about to put "Lust" away and win the belts, Dysfunction ran out and distracted the Shooters allowing "Lust" to run to the locker room and get disqualified.
"2 Tough" Tommy Courageous pinned Mason Quinn
This was a very rough and rugged match with both wrestlers holding nothing back. Quinn took the early advantage countering on Courageous's mistakes, getting close pin falls. Quinn whipped Courageous into the ropes, bends over and gets a size 12 boot right in the mouth from Courageous. Courageous utilizes this for several minutes, getting several close pin falls himself. Then Courageous was distracted by a very big breasted woman in the front row. This was enough time for Quinn to regain his senses and take control from Courageous. Quinn went on the offensive for several minutes, beating down his senseless foes. Quinn then fires Courageous into the turnbuckle and follows up with a devastating forearm. He proceeds beat on Courageous but Courageous pushes him off twice. When Quinn comes in for a third time, Courageous scoops Quinn's legs from under him, puts his feet on the second rope for the pin.
"Metalhead" Steve Stone pinned Tony DeNucci
The match went back and forth for the most part. DeNucci came off the top rope with a double axe handle and then Stone side stepped him and delivered a "Flat-liner for the pin.
Dysfunction pinned Dinn T. Moore to win the AWA-Brew City Wrestling championship inside the "Cage of Violence"
Fans brought metal signs, barbed wire broom stick, tire rims and more for this match. Dysfunction was first to enter the cage, then Moore. As soon as Moore entered they cage, these two hated rivals tore into each other. Moore tossed Dysfunction so hard, he went right through the cage door. Both men were brawling on the floor, using the cage to their advantage. Finally, special ring enforcer Mason Quinn brought both men back into the cage. Moore got the upper hand first, using a STOP sign and repeatedly beating on Dysfunction with it, opening him up. Moore then whipped Dysfunction into the corner, only to be greeted by a cheese grater to the face. Dysfunction used the cheese grater to open up Moore and he began to bleed like a stuffed pig. Then Dysfunction went into his bag of tricks and brought out a staple gun. As Dysfunction was about to staple Moore in the face, Moore kicked the gun out of his hand and delivered a stiff clothesline. Moore then picked up the staple gun and asked the crowd for dollar bills. Some fans obliged and Moore stapled a dollar to Dys's left eye brow. Then Moore got another dollar and stapled that over his right eye brow. Moore went and got a bag, opened it up and began to pour out hundreds of thumb tacks. Moore picked up Dysfunction and hit a sit down choke slam, Moore covered but Dysfunction kicked out at 2 3/4 count. Moore then set up a table and put more thumb tacks on the table and delivered another choke slam through the table. As Moore was looking over a limp Dysfunction, he was looking for Mason Quinn, he turned around and Quinn hit a spinning lariat that flattened Moore. Then Quinn placed Dysfunction's dead body on top on Moore and make a fast 3 count and awarded the AWA-Brew City Wrestling championship belt to Dysfunction. Then Lust hit the ring and began to help Quinn and Dysfunction pulverize Moore. The Soul Shooters, Steve Stone and Frankie DeFalco came out to try and get in the cage but Lust fended them off. The Shooters tried to climb over the cage but they were met by Mason Quinn using a chair to knock them off. DeFalco then ordered the cage to be taken down so they could get in. As soon as one side of the cage was opened, they all hit the ring. Dysfunction and Quinn escaped through the door but Lust was so lucky. The Shooters did repeat power bombs on the hundreds of thumb tacks in the ring then Stone did a flat-liner on Stevie Dredd face first on the thumb tacks.
