The May 5th event will now be held at the Humphrey Scottish Rite Auditorium located on Van Buren and Wells in downtown Milwaukee. MAW events held events at this venue in 2004. If you attended these shows, you already know how "grandiose" it is! For those who don't, go to www.humphrey-masonic-center.orgWith past shows held at this venue, there have been issues of "drinking at your seat" and available parking. We have ironed both issues out with the building management... 1) There will be a full bar and drinks WILL be allowed into the auditorium. 2) Due to it's downtown loaction, we have secured the parking garage next to the venue for the event. Parking will be free of charge.

Looks like MAW updated their site with the following matches.
NWA BRITISH COMMONWEALTH TITLE MATCH!!!
Carl Anderson vs Pepper Parks
NWA MIDWEST LADIES TITLE MATCH!!!
MsChif vs Mickey Knuckles
There will also be one more match according to their site aswell. I know I'll be there, dont know where Im sitting though. I want front row, but I have been to that place before, and no matter where you sit, you'll have a good view of the ring.
Also, does anyone have any info on Parks or Anderson? I have heard of the two, but have never actuall seen them wrestle. I tried OWW, but they dont have their profiles.

Thanks go out to SEH for updating the matches.
Here is some more ticket info from the website:
Gold tickets (the first 3 rows) are $30 dollars while general admission tickets are only $20 dollars! Tickets are available by emailing midamwrestling@webtv.net, by leaving a message at 414-777-3941, or by using PayPal (Use ID - kayfabe@webtv.net).
SEH, The only things I know about Carl Anderson is that he is the titleholder, that he is related to Arn and Ole and that he will also be wrestling at the NWA-Midwest show the fallowing night. You might want to go to the NWA-Midwest site or email Ed Chuman to find out more.

Carmine might as well book Andy Anderson instead. He's a better wrestler, does the Anderson gimmick better and he lives near Milwaukee anyways.

Considering that Andy Anderson is Rockin Randy's student, I dunno if he would work for MAW and Carmine, since Randy and Carmine are not exactly best friends. But never say never.

This may sound dumb, but there will be tickets at the door right? I read the site, and it says nothing about them being available at the door. I just dont want to get there, and there not be any tickets.

I sent an email on the subject and when I get an answer I will let everone know. Tickets have been available at the door for all other shows so I assume ( I know the old line about assumming things) that they will be available the night of the show.
Also, found this info on the MAW site:
For out of town guests, we have arranged for the Plaza Hotel, 1007 N Cass St., as our official hotel for the event. This historic art deco hotel is five blocks from the Scottish Rite. They are offering a special room rate of $55 to all MAW fans. Mention Mid American Wrestling when reserving rooms! Call 1-800-340-9590 or 1-414-276-2101. Ask for Cecelia.

So there you go everyone, hope to see you at the show.
