SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES News for 05.14.06

RESERVED SEATING LIST FOR SHIMMER 5/21 TAPING!

We are just a week away from the next live DVD taping for SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES at the Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL! Bell time is 3pm Central. Doors open at 2pm. Dark matches begin at roughly 2:30pm.
Since we are not selling tickets in advance (they will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the show, with all seats $10 general admission), we at SHIMMER want to make sure that those of you who plan on attending the taping are guaranteed seating on 5/21 in Berwyn.
As a result, we are creating a "Reserved Seating List," to have your tickets held at the door under your name. We realize that many of you are coming in from out of state, or are making long drives from within Illinois, and we want to be sure that you are guaranteed seating for SHIMMER on 5/21. The venue is small, so on the chance of a sellout, we don't want any of our most loyal supporters turned away.
There will be two lines when doors open-- one for those who are on on the Reserved List, and one for those who have not reserved tickets. Needless to say the Reserved List fans will have first crack at front row seating for the show, followed by the remaining "walk-up" fans who decide to come at the last minute.
To be put on the Reserved List, simply send an E-mail to shimmernews@yahoo.com with your name, and how many tickets total in your party you wish to have placed on the Reserved List under your name. Those tickets will be held for you at the door.

For those who haven't checked out their site in the past, they've done a tremendous job of helping us spread the word about SHIMMER with previous interviews, as well as DVD reviews of our product.
Click on the "free podcast" link in the upper right of the main page to listen to The Haze's interview. She was on for roughly 40 minutes, discussing her whole career thus far in wrestling. It is a must listen for Daizee Haze fans.
F4Wonline produces daily audio shows with a variety of guests, as well as a weekly text newsletter, message board, and huge archive of material for members of the site. They offer free audio show downloads on Fridays, which means everyone will be able to hear The Haze's interview regardless of membership. DAVE PRAZAK made an unexpected appearance on Trash Talking Radio this past Tuesday when one of the guests couldn't be contacted at the last minute. The result was roughly 25 minutes of discussion of SHIMMER in particular. Next Tuesday (5/16), New England star NIKKI ROXX will be one of the guests on Trash Talking Radio, which can be heard at www.trashtalkingradio.com/ on the web live as it happens (or archived one day later). Nikki will be appearing to discuss her impending match against ZERO1-MAX star AMAZING KONG, which will be featured on Volume 5 of the SHIMMER DVD series, as well as to talk about other aspects of her career.
