Why is Larry Byrd a "rebel"? What is he rebelling against? Rogaine? The gym? Tanning?

The first time I ever saw Larry Byrd wrestle was in Cadillac, Michigan. He came to the ring on a motorcycle. The show was in a banquet hall and it smelled like exhaust fumes for the rest of the show--and no, that wasn't Eric Freedom's cologne. Byrd did come across as a rebel--one who looked like Judge Mills Lane, but a rebel, nonetheless. I have enjoyed watching him wrestle when I get the opportunity to travel to Michigan. Here's hoping that he doesn't lose to Mr. Smurf. The UWE shows that I've attended have always been great fun. Plus, any time one has the opportunity to see the CLB in action, it's worth the trip. They are the best heels ever, IMO. Hope that Larry, the CLB, and the rest of the guys have a great show.

All promotions from around the Midwest are welcome here.
If Starman has seen one of the workers in the Main Event of this show ply his trade in the ring and walked away entertained...that's good enough for me.
Welcome, UWE!

Thank You Starman and Pete the Pup. I know posting anywhere that someone will always have something to say about it. People can say what they want. That is thier first amendment right. I was just giving fans like Starman who do travel the heads up. I'm not here to fight with anyone. I got no reason to. I am here to promote stuff that does good for me and the promotions I work for. If we are the fat guys...I guess were are the fat guys..ha...but we are the fat guys who had a gate of over 400 people at our last show.
Also I will agree with Starman the CLBs a great heels. Since I have started in thier group they have tought me alot about being a heel.

Nick, as much as I would love to be in Gladwin for the show, it is doubtful right now. I have something else planned. If that falls through, though, who knows. I enjoyed my only trip to Gladwin/Mount Pleasant last fall. Plus, you know that any time I get the chance to see the CLB, I try to make it. If things change with my schedule, I'll let you know.
