Yeah, he's Fantana-tastic. Why Josh "I Was SOOO Brian Fantana When I had Long Hair That It's Ridiculous" Abercrombie never re-named the Taliban Backpack, the "Sex Panther", I have no idea.

You know what I dont think Grammer Matters!! Because for one NBWA is the most caring fed. I have ever came in contact with. For two I have been a NBWA fan for over 1 year, and these guys are so happy because they get to wrestle just for fun! They dont charge outragous for their shows! You guys dont have great grammer because there is not (......) in a sentence you know!! so all you all just go screw off if you dont like NBWA well then whatever untill you go to a show just shut your F'N Mouth Ight!!!! well Love ya NBWA your great!!!!!!

ImaSB,
No need to swear; it doesn't help move the coversation in a positive direction, ''Ight''?
(FULL DISCLOSURE! : ImaSB signed up stating their year of birth as '92...so there is a very good chance you guys are arguing with a 14 yr. old. Please keep that in mind when addressing them.)
***Now back to our regularly scheduled war of words...***

*UPDATE* Jake Roberts has mistakenly double booked himself October 29 to be in Danville, IL. and Virginia at the same time... due to this.. NBWA has mutually agreed to let Jake off of our show.
NBWA has named a replacement... and that is BRUTUS "THE BARBER" BEEFCAKE

You know whats your f**kin problem... You always have some sh*t to say.. this whole f**kin board has sh*t to f**kin say... Never anything positive...Its f**k**g ridiculous...
You know I came on this board to post about shows, not f**k**g defend myself every day to a bunch of know it all nobodies.
Nobody on this site that has had anything to say about NBWA, means anything in the big scheme of things, most of you are nothing but smart mark sons of bitches that have probably never done anything with wrestling other then get your jollies off on it.
This board is f**k**g pathetic its a stomping ground for the Chicago boys to come on here and bash anything that isnt theres.
f**k This Board.

(I'm addressing this to paintrain since he's now deleted his account but still can view the upcoming shows forum as a guest if he decides to read this thread at some point once he's cooled down a bit.)
It's a shame you've allowed a few people to get the best of you. You say you have to defend yourself. Against what? A couple of anonymous posters who bad mouth your product? People who most likely will never come see one of your shows?
You've let them win the game. Remember that....it's only a game.
Reread isuphloyd's posts on this thread. Read this again in particular:
"The guys from NBWA are young. Most of them are not giants. But they WANT to improve. Some organizations are happy where they are, some want to grow. The NBWA is a group that wants to grow. They want to improve. Gains are being made, but most noticeable gains can not be achieved overnight, give them time."
Sometimes it's best not to say anything at all to those who are trying to get under your skin. It'll piss them off more when you don't give them any fuel to add to the fire they are trying to start.
You made a smart move by inviting your MySpace friends to join up here and voice their opinions. What are you going to tell them now? "I gave up and quit"?
That's not an acceptable answer.
If I quit every time somebody talked smack about me on these forums over the years, I would have pulled the plug 2 days into this version of the board.
My point is there are going to be people who discourage you, goad you into arguments and try and make you second guess yourself at every turn in life. They only have power over you if you willingly give it to them.
If you let them get in your head like you did on this thread, they win.
If you can manage to stay true to yourself amidst all the adversity (I know it sounds corny) and do what you feel is right, you win.
It's really just that easy.
End of pep talk, I wish you all the best.
Chris

In about two years, many of the NBWA roster will probably be working Chicago shows...and those who bashed them repeatedly will be in shellshock.

In about two years years, many of the NBWA roster will probably be working at Taco Bell or Jiffy Lube ... and nobody will be surprised.

Actually, most indy wrestlers all ready have fun and exciting jobs like Taco Bell and Jiffy Lube. I tend to agree that these guys will get bored with wrestling when they find out that they actually will have to be professionally trained in order to go further. It's much easier to quit than to do it the right way.

Getting back to something Pain Train commented on before he bailed: he wondered why guys like Evans, Corleone, Dirge and Big Willie would work a NBWA show if it was so horrible. Because it's a payday, genius. I'm also willing to bet they are the only guys on the card getting paid, but the NBWA roster is comprised of "professionals". Ugh.
