IWA Mid-South will debut in the northwestern Illinois area with a show that is all our own.
Friday Night, December 15th, 2006
Masonic Center
420 18th Street
Rock Island, IL
8 pm belltime
Already announced for this debut show is former TNA X Division champion...LOW KI!!!
We have ran shows in conjunction with No Limits in the Muscatine, Iowa and Rock Island areas in the past but this will be the first ever full IWA Mid-South show in this area.
We plan on debuting with a huge show and hope to see all the familiar faces from the Rock Island and Muscatine shows in the past at the Masonic Temple and we hope to see several of our familiar faces from the Midlothian shows as well.

Here is the updated card from the IWA board.
Here you go wrestling fans, this is what is on the card for The December 15th Rock Island Show....
In a return Grudge Match, and with no time limit, Chris Hero will have to face TNA superstar *Senshi* LOW KI
Matt Sydal is back from his tour in Japan to take on the up and coming IWA star Ricochet
IWA and NWA Women's Champion Mickie Knuckles will put her belts on the line and defend them against PWU Women's Champion Mercedes Martinez
C.J. Otis and Drake Younger will team up to face "North Star Express" Darin Corbin and Ryan Cruz
The former ECW Heavyweight Champion, Steve Corino will once again make an appearance in IWA to wrestle "The Anarchist" Arik Cannon
In a Title vs. Title Match-up you will see the current IWA Heavyweight Champion Chuck Taylor and IWA Light Heavyweight Champion Josh Abercrombie face off in the ring.
Former ECW Superstar Ian Rotten and a MYSTERY PARTNER will team up and take on "The Iron Saints" Vito and Sal Thomaselli.
And last but not least you will see the return of Kid Krazy as he battles it out with Brandon Thomaselli
There you have it folks, all eight match-ups are signed and ready for what promises to be an exciting and intriguing night of professional wresting.
Tickets are $25, $20, and $15
There will be early admission for $25 ticket holders for a meet and greet with the wrestlers. You can connect Patti at Rottenwife@aol.com if you would like to purchase your tickets in advance. If any $25 tickets are left , they will be available for purchase at the door.

From the IWA Board:
As you may know Matt Sydal was injured this past weekend. He has informed Ian that he will probably be out until the middle of January. So with that , he will not be at the show on the 15th.
But Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli will be at both of the shows. This will be Claudio's last shows with IWA before he heads to the WWE.
Look for the revised lineups for this weekend in the next day or two. If you would like to purchase tickets to either show, please get in touch with Patti . You can email her at Rottenwife@aol.com

Matt Sydal as you know is injured but he has talked to Ian and said that he hopes to be able to compete but it is doubtful. He will let Ian know on Thursday night (check the message board to find out on his availability). If he can go, it will be the return match with Ricochet.

Also added to this card is Claudio Castagnoli. This will be his farewell weekend for IWA fans that saw him start in America before he leaves for the greener pastures of the WWE. This weekend will be your last opportunity in the Chicago area to say goodbye in a up close and personal fashion. We will announce his opponent tomorrow.

B-Boy has just been added to the Rock Island show. B-Boy and Claudio Castagnoli's matches for this event will be determined based on the injury situation involving Matt Sydal.
