UWA Canadian Championship
Josh Prohibition Vs. Dan Paysan
-UWA management has decided to give UWA fan favorite Dan Paysan a shot at the most prestigious prize in Ontario Canada in hopes that Paysan can dethrone Josh Prohibition as Canadian Champion. Because of Prohibition’s constant underhanded tactics UWA management has openly expressed their displeasure with Josh Prohibition holding the Canadian Title. Is their gold in Dan Paysan’s future?
UWA Light Weight Championship
Alex Shelley Vs. Lionel Knight
-Last month Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin put their Zero One Max Tag Team Titles on the line against Lionel Knight and Chris Bishop. These four men put on a hellacious match and at the end of the night Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin remained champions. As a sign of respect Shelley and Sabin offered Bishop and Knight props for a hard fought match but Knight and Bishop offered them a cheap shot in return. Infuriated by the blatant show of disrespect Shelley challenged Lionel Knight to a match for Shelley’s UWA Lightweight Championship.
Triple Threat Match
Sonjay Dutt Vs. Bishop Vs. Ruckus
-Sonjay is coming off a near victory last month against Josh Prohibition. He will be fighting hard for a victory to begin his climb back up ladder in hopes of another crack at the Canadian Championship. Bishop and Ruckus had a heated battle at the death match tournament in February which looks to escalate even more on March 23rd. Sonjay and Ruckus are no strangers to each other because of a long standing feud which has spanned numerous wrestling promotions. Sonjay and Bishop had a stand out match at this year's Grand Prix Tournament. The collection of men competing in this three way dance create a very volatile combination. Expect one wild match because of it!
UWA Tag Team Championship
The Blackout Vs. Up In Smoke
-Up In Smoke’s efforts as of late have impressed UWA management enough to grant them a shot at the UWA tag team titles. The Blackout will look to continue their reign as tag team champions.
Chris Sabin Vs. Asylum
-Chris Sabin takes on one of the most hate men in UWA…Asylum. Sabin is coming off an impressive tag team victory against Knight and Bishop. Asylum is coming off a victory against Dangerboy Derek Wylde.
Delirious Vs. Arik Cannon
-Delirious makes his return to the UWA and will take on Arik Cannon
Phil Atlas Vs. Derek Wylde
-Last month Phil Atlas cost Derek Wylde a victory in a handicap match against Asylum and Jennifer Blake. Derek Wylde went on record as “never (having) been so embarrassed in his life” following losing a pin fall to his ex-valet Jennifer Blake. Wylde cannot wait to get his hands on Phil Atlas and he has receipt for Jennifer Blake as well.
Larry Sweeney Vs. Josh Abercrombie
-Larry Sweeney makes his long awaited return to UWA Hardcore Wrestling against a man that is quickly becoming a fan favorite in Josh Abercrombie. Watch as these two infamous stars do battle in what could be one of the most entertaining matches of the evening.
The North Star Express Vs. Rip Impact and Matt Bison
-These two tag teams are looking to gain some recognition in the tag team division and are hoping that a victory will be a step in the right direction.
-UWA Hardcore Wrestling is also extremely excited to announce that on May 25th and 26th UWA Hardcore Wrestling will be taking on Toryumon Japan! If that wasn’t huge enough Jushin Thunder Liger and Ultimo Dragon have already been signed to compete! Tickets go on sale at the March 23rd show!!! Get tickets early because this show will sell out!
