Yeah if you don't actually MAKE AN EFFORT to promote this time instead of take a "if we build it they will come" attitude with several other feds promoting their shows like mad your draw will be in the single digits again.

Who is running this show??? I hate to stir trouble... but are the workers getting paid...? All I know is that the man needs to do more flyers & put them up. The last show was in Princeton, & there were few flyers up in the area. In LaSalle, there was ONE flyer up in the area. I truly hope that they pay their guys this time. To dump on a reputable tag team like X.C., made them look horrible. As a side note, I know that some workers have tried to contact them about working this show to no avail. All & all, I would be more keen to help them again (don't ask, parties involved know what I mean & that's suffiecient) IF I knew there was promoting going on & the guys were going to get paid & paid part up front.

What does MWA stand for? Who is wrestling who and why? Any storylines/angles or whatever?
Not to nitpick, but these are things that tend to reflect on your draw.

bad bad bad.. no offense but this is not a pro wrestling show. I don't care who's on it. Pro insinuates professionalism...

Truth is they're wrestling just to wrestle...they don't care if anyone's there to watch...sad isn't it?

ok... no it's not a company. A company would insinuate that they want to run a biz. THey don't. They want to get drunk, put each other in the main, etc. That's not a way to run a business. They don't pay people what they're promised.. lord i could go on and on...

This will be my second time going out there. I have spoken with the promoters running this show and hopefully things will go well this time around. We have come to an agreement on pay that will hopefully fall through this time. I am all about second chances and I think every promotion has dropped the ball at least once in they're time.
I think there are good people in wrestling, I have met quite a few ( DUCETREY ) being one of them and these guys although it was wrong of them to do what they did last time did sound sincere this time around.
I love this business and will do what I can to help out at this upcoming show but I will post after its all set and done and let everyone on here who is wondering whether things went good or bad for my group know what happened this time around. I am hoping good though lol.

Hey thanks bro, well I am not going to say to much about this. I will speak for my crew and myself and let everyone know that we did get taken care of as promised. We got paid exactly what was agreed upon and were treated with respect by the people in charge of running this show. The show didnt do to well as far as attendance was concerned but atleast we still got paid, again I am only speaking on our behalf. I dont know everyone elses situation on pay. We pretty much took off right after our matches but I will say that this time around the promoters were much more professional with us and hopefully they can continue to improve as time goes on and they have a few more shows under they're belts. They seem very enthusiastic which is always good so hopefully they can get this thing off the ground. They have another show scheduled for the 23rd of this month I believe ( I could be wrong about the month ) back in princeton so good luck to them.

Very good to know...you, Cheyanne, & some others working there are WELL deserving of getting paid for your time. Anyone who doesn't (for a regular show mind you), is nuts.
The only thing I have on this show is that it drew only like 25-30 people. This could be blamed on alot of things, (Prom, Cinco de Mayo, ect.) but more over, sources I've spoken with in that area noticed that while someone had been busting ass to get flyers up...there were not alot seen, & no other means of advertsing done. The Lounge is one of the top bars in that area, & this promotion will likley not be back there again. In the wrestling world, it takes money to make money, & it certainly doesn't seem as though there was enough done to gain interest. That's not a bash on them, but when I hear someone ask the only person putting flyers up why they are doing it & that person responds with "If I don't no one will."...it makes me wonder how hard they are trying.
