"Word on the street is that the Chicago Lucha crowd is one of the best around. "
Well we get around.
Actually we are lucky that there is an abundant number of Mexican wrestlers in the area which explains why so many promoters are popping up in Chicago. This was not the case some ten years ago when a lucha libre card would occur once every blue moon.

We went out to do a public autograph session to promote this show at the UIC Pavillion last Saturday and took a few thousand pics with latino fans who attended the event that was taking place that day called Dia De Los Ninos. The pics were taken by the HOY newspaper along with other local papers who attended the event that day. It lasted a few hours and although it was fun to be among all the craziness, it was one of the most tiring mornings I ever had as you will see in the pics. Here is the link to the Hoy website, ( www.hoyinternet.com/noticias/localidades/chicago/ ) on the upper right hand corner you should see a pic with a luchador in a mask. Click on the link below and it should direct you to the pics. There are 30 pics posted up at the moment for those of you who may take interest. You will notice in quite a few that I was tired or not prepared for the shot so feel free to laugh at some of my F'ed up looking expressions. I would like to thank Arenas De Chicago for everything they have done for me. It's been a pleasure working with these guys.

Holy snap. Anybody who goes to this show, MUST go eat tacos at Tio Luis (3856 S. Archer). Best tacos in Chicago. Try the carne asada.

Kudos to ARENAS DE CHICAGO for bringing in Mini Pierroth!!!He was awesome!!!!
He had a great ring outfit.Think Uncle Sam ala Puerto Rico. His whole schtick was better than when the original Pierroth showed up at the Congress Theater.
