HPW returns live on Friday Night, May 25th from Stanford! We are proud to present the first round of an 8-team tournament to decide the first-ever HPW Tag Team Champions! Teams competing include; The Bod Squad, Los Vaqueros, MVP & Black Dragon, CJ Esparza & William Hatcher, Wrestling Redefined, Twin City Wrecking Crew, The War Pigs, and Nite Enterprise members Andy Roberts and DDT.
HPW Champion Diego Corleone will also defend his title against Brett Gakiya, who won the right in last month's #1 Contender's match: a brutal 4-way dance. Can Diego ground the high-flyer, or will his title reign be up for grabs?
This show will also see the biggest grudge match in HPW history, as Eric Ruffington finally gets to go one-on-one with Blake Steel. After months of dodging and humiliating Ruffington, Steel will now have no where to run or hide, as he will be attached to his opponent by 20 feet of unforgiving steel chain in a DOG COLLAR MATCH!
Also scheduled to appear; Issan Hadeev, Hunter Matthews, Petey Clark, and Gilbert Lewis! Tickets are only $10 at the door, and doors will open at 6:30PM with a prompt 7:00PM bell time from 202 N. Division St. in Stanford, IL.

Anyone else notice as the longer these guys run shows the worse the talent gets. Understood they still do use some good guys like Diego and Harker but the under card gets worse as they go on. This should show something. I been told by several people they use actually yarders on their shows.

Ahem, the reason why you aren't seeing Chicago guys in the lineup is because MSPW didn't want to work with this organization anymore. Of course the yarder label is gonna be used because it's the popular term to use against anyone from central Illinois.

Crimey I got nothing against Central Illinois wrestlers. I am not pro Chicago I am pro good wrestling let them be from Chicago, Green Bay, St Louis wherever!!! Don't just assume because I used the yarder term towards a show in Central Illnois I am implying all of Central Illinois is yarders. U piss me off!!! And it takes alot to piss me off.

Yeah, Hunter is being trained by Danny Daniels. I guess you're calling Double-D a yarder. Why don't you say that to his face! Hold on a second...

Okay, I'm back. I will sadly be missing this show because my friends are having the last party ever at their house before selling it. I actually regret missing this show on account that Hunter, C.J., Diego, Brett, Ruffington, Gilbert, and others will be there. I wouldn't go as far as calling any one on this show a yarder (on the boards), but I will say I can name at least one person who sucks on this card.

There's a few who I can say completely suck ass on this show, but they do have guys like Hunter Matthews, Esparza, Gakiya, Axis, and a couple others.

its the sad truth that hpw doesnt have talent, but u need money to get talent... and what has the pay day been to the guys that have "worked" (if u call it that) those shows... 5 mayb ten bucks.... if u dont have money for ur boys how can u bring in a name or do anything to raise ur standard?
