I'm gonna say it, what a highly original name for a show. Hey guys, you obviously haven't noticed that "Scars and Stripes" has been around and is one of our marquee shows. That would be like us calling a show Dream Night.

To be fair, Peoria has been using the name since '04. I don't know how long AAW has. That might help in the argument here. I've noticed the snafu the last few years, though.

I didn't know that, sorry. I hate it when different companies run in the same month and shows are the same name. I've noticed that a lot lately.

Yeah but its 2 different markets. This has been said more times than Lindsay Lohan has been to rehab. But yeah who has been using it longer. I think NGW as a company has been around longer than AAW and I think AAW just last yr or so started calling their July show that. But I could be wrong here. And if I am I will admit it. But lets just let by gones be by gones I don't think the shows r the same day nor is r they drawing off the same crowd.

As a guy that has to name shows... Yeah, it gets hard sometimes. How many "Seasons Beatings" are there? Really...

So if NGW did their first in 04 they got u guys by a yr. Just let it go don't stir sh*t. Let the promoters duke it out if they want. This is also 1 of NGW marquee shows I am guessing since they r bringing in a cage.

This is just silly. I've seen the name Scars and Stripes everywhere from Illinois to Parts Unknown. Don't try to bicker saying you invented the name, because neither of you did, end of story. And guess what....it doesn't matter much. Thank you.

I invented the name back in '91 while playing with my WWF action figure set, constantly having Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Jake Roberts & LOD whomp on Macho King, Roddy Piper, Undertaker, and Demolition. Wow I'm glad that my taste in wrestling has evolved.
