An over the top rope battle royal started things off . Trevor Blanchard won this event went he eliminated Mikey Wild.
Despite outside interference from Scott Spade, Psychotic Jimmy Blaze surprised Dehok with a flatliner to score the pin.
Ruff Crossing won by DQ over Xcon when Xcon attacked Crossing using a steel chair. After the match Xcon continued to inflict more damage to Crossing 's arm using the chair. Jimmy Blaze and Joey Cece ran in to run Xcon out of the ring area. Meanwhile , Nikki valet for Blaze and Cece, tried to comfort Crossing only to be told to go back to the locker room by Cece. Crossing's injury's are unknown at this time.
Black Iron defeated Mikey Wild. Justin James appeared and jumped up on the ring apron only to distract the referee . Trevor Blanchard who was at ring side ran in and caught Wild in a DDT . Iron quickly covered Wild for the pin. Later Justin James ripped open his shirt to reveal a M.O.B. shirt and stating he is now the newest member of that faction.
Joey Cece speared Scott Spade for the pin. Dehok then jumped into the ring and attacked Cece. Cece was quickly rescued by his partner Jimmy Blaze. Blaze sent a message to Pure Evil saying, "Just wait something is coming your way."
Kanoa defeated Chris Cairo to become new Poww Regional Champion.Cairo once again was nailed by Melanie Cruise with the title belt. All the momentum is now on the side of Kanoa and Cruise going into next weeks match with Cairo and TNA knockout Traci Brooks in Oswego.
