Fire Pro Wrestling: Out For Justice
Tonight’s show was dedicated to Michael Hardman. A local man who recently passed away from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. All profits from the gate and concessions are being donated to his family to help with his medical bills.
Show opened up with Double J announcing that “the Big Jack” John Burke, Fire Pro Commissioner was not able to be here, but that he had called someone in to take his place for the night. Double J then introduced, Commissioner for the night, Chase “the Face” Richards.
1. The Uprising (“Warfare” Jeremy Hadley + “Mucho Loco” Luis Rojas) def. “Stonehands” Slater Wallace + Fuzion
Double then announced that the new Fire Pro Heavyweight Title was in and called out current Heavyweight Champion, “Diehard” Steve Szoke to accept the belt. While Szoke was out, Christopher Kent along with someone in a suit came to the ring. Kent told Szoke and the fan that he wanted to apologize for his actions at the last show. He wanted to say “he was sorry for ever trusting Szoke, sorry for ever listening to Szoke and sorry for ever wrestling for the fans approval.” Then, M. Marvin Wentworth introduced himself as the legal council for Kent Enterprises. He informed Szoke that Christopher Kent is the true product of Fire Pro Wrestling. Kent then labeled Szoke in the back with the Heavyweight Title and ran off with the belt.
Syn and his stable (the Wages of Syn) then came to the ring. Hoss was with them and Syn put green paint on his hand and smacked Hoss in the face. He told Hoss that everyone has discarded him and treated him like skuz. So, until he proves himself otherwise, he is now to be known as Skuz.
2. Virus (Wages of Syn member) def. Scotty Young (with the help of Syn)
3. the Konvict (Wages of Syn member) def. Russell “the Muscle” Jones (with the help of Syn)
4. Skuz (Wages of Syn member) def. Gilbert Lewis (with the help of Syn)
-after the match, the Wages of Syn put the boots to Gilbert Lewis, which sent out Gilbert’s tag partner, “the Moustache Model” Carl Morris. Carl Made the save and Chase Richards exercised his power in making a match take place right then and there with Syn + Skuz vs the Groucho Marks with the rest of the Wages of Syn banned from ringside.
5. the Groucho Marks def. Skuz + Syn
6. Roach def. “the Product” Christopher Kent
-Szoke came back out to get his title back and Kent was too distracted by it and ended up suffering the loss for it. Szoke then told Kent that he wanted him in the main event and for the match to be a 3-Way because Kent needed to get a good old beating. Roach then asked if Szoke would be okay with making it a 4-Way since he still has some issues with Christopher Kent as well. Chase Richards then made the match for later that night.
7. “Da Juggernaught” Osyris w/ Jungle Jane def. “the Regulator” Tristin Hayze
-Hayze tried getting counted out, but then Chase made it a no countout match. Hayze then deliberately tried getting DQ’ed by hitting Osyris with a chair. Chase then made the match a no-DQ match. Osyris then got his hands on Hayze and gave him the beating of a life-time.
8. 24-7 Hard Target Title Match: Dave Allen started off wrestling Jynx. A little while into the match, Jynx’s rivals the Uprising ran to the ring to put a beat down on Jynx. Rojas tried pinning Allen in the confusion, which then sent out Ryan Rage and Fuzion. This spilled into a 6 man with Dave Allen finally getting the pin on Ryan Rage. After the match, Fuzion tried getting the upper hand on Allen, but Allen retreated with the title to the back.
9. PRIDE Title Match: “Youngblood” Hayden Kent def. “the Big Texan” Marc Houston
10. Fire Pro Tag Title Match: New Breed def. Angus McDuff
-As Angus was coming to the ring, New Breed jumped him from behind and then brought him to the ring and put him away pretty quickly. The match was originally set as New Breed vs Celtic Cross, but the Crusader was no where to be found. After New Breed put the spiked piledriver on Angus and scored the pin, they informed the audience that “the Crusader accidentally fell in the back and was unable to compete.” As New Breed was telling the audience they were on top of the world, the Groucho Marks came to the ring to help Angus to the back. New Breed starting mocking the Groucho Marks and Chase stepped forward once again and said that since New Breed technically didn’t have a Tag Team match tonight and they were slated for one, he asked the Groucho Marks if they would do the honors.
11. Fire Pro Tag Title Match: the Groucho Marks (Gilbert Lewis + “the Moustache Model” Carl Morris) def. New Breed (“Handsome” Kenny Courageous + Devon fury) to become new Fire Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions
-the pinfall happened when the Groucho Marks hit the battering ram on Devon Fury and Carl Morris followed it up with the Earthquake sit.
12. Fire Pro Heavyweight Title Match: “Diehard” Steve Szoke def. “the Product” Christopher Kent, Roughneck and Roach
-Szoke pinned Roughneck when Christopher Kent tried hitting him with the title, but accidentally hit Roughneck.
-After the match, as Szoke was celebrating, someone claiming to be Botch (wearing a gas mask, robe and Botch’s gear climbed up onto the ring apron and then when Szoke prompted him to come into the ring, Botch walked right out the front door.
