SCW Tag Team Championship
The Windy City Classic(c) def. The Hybrids - The Hybrids made their SCW debut against the current SCW Tag Team Champions and despite a very impressive performance, were defeated. The Hybrids brought a very unique combination of power and speed and the crowd really got behind the newest addition to the SCW tag roster.
After the match, Daniels and Davis said they weren't happy with the competition and challenged any tag team in the back to come out and compete. This brought out The Phoenix Twins to a huge ovation. The Twins accepted the challenge.
The Phoenix Twins def. The Windy City Classic
In about 20 seconds, Dash Phoenix managed to pin Danny Daniels. The crowd went absolutely insane as the Twins picked up the SCW Tag Team Titles until Danny Daniels informed everyone that they won the match, but they never said it was a Tag Title match. This prompted Commissioner Jake Ryder to come out and take away the Titles from the Twins and return them to Daniels and Davis.
Jake came out and said he was offering SCW wrestlers' brand new contracts with "his company" and invited new SCW Champion Shane Hollister to the ring. Hollister came out and Jake offered Shane a new contract as long as Shane "did the right thing" by laying down for Marek Brave in the main event. Shane said he lays down for nobody, grabbed the clipboard with the contract and threw it to the outside. Marek Brave, Mason Beck and Nevin Knoxville ran out and started a beatdown on Shane. The Right Stuff ran out looking to help Shane, but then joined in on the beatdown of Shane!
Jake said that The Right Stuff were willing to play ball and do what's right. Marek Brave broke the clipboard over Shane's head. Tank Roberts, Dan Lawrence, Krotch and Woody Maguire ran out with chairs running off the others. Jake Ryder then informed Shane that he would still defend the SCW Title against Marek Brave, but also against Brave's partners, The Right Stuff.

Very competitive match, but the big man gets the win.
Tank Roberts def. KC Jackson
Krotch def. Tyler Black
Tyler Black said he was a main eventer and shouldn't have to wrestle a mid-card nobody like Krotch. Krotch held his own against Black, but it wasn't long before Black had Krotch in the palm of his hand, but Krotch scores the huge upset victory with a surprise roll-up. Krotch couldn't believe he won as Black looked stunned in the ring. Black then sat down in the ring and appeared to start crying! The crowd started taunting and Black ran off with his eyes covered.
QC Championship #1 Contender Gauntlet Match
Hunter Matthews(c) acted as the Guest Commentator for the match
Kyle Rich def. "Ultimate Fighter 5 Star" Wayn Weems

Dewey "Booger" Dawson def. Kyle Rich
Dewey "Booger" Dawson def. Woody Maguire
After the match, Woody congrtulated Booger. Booger celebrated in the ring until Hunter Matthews came in and attacked him. Hunter then announced that Booger would get his QC Title shot right now. Hunter controlled Booger who had already been through 2 matches. Booger was able to fight back until Yeager distracted the referee long enough for Hunter to use his shoe over Booger's head for the victory.
The Mississippi Madman def. Keith Walker
There has been tension between these two since the Prestige Rumble where Walker eliminated Madman before being double crossed by Marek Brave and Nevin Knoxville. The crowd was clearly behind Madman which angered Walker. The match was very competitive, but in the end Walker low blowed Madman out of desperation causing the DQ. Walker grabbed a mic and said that despite everything he's done for the fans, they disrespect him by siding with The Mississippi Madman. Walker said, "I don't care about you people and I don't care about SCW. I QUIT!" More information on this will be made available as we get closer to SCW Unleashed on May 23rd in Davenport.
The Phoenix Twins vs. Zero Gravity
This match was everything fans had hoped for. Competetive and innovative, but before one team could get a victory over the other, the SCW Tag Team Champions, The Windy City Classic ran in and attacked both teams. Eventually The Twins and Zero Gravity turned the tables and sent Daniels and Davis packin'.
SCW Championship Match
Shane Hollister(c) def. Marek Brave & The Right Stuff
Brave & The Right Stuff had Hollister reeling most of the match until the referee started losing control. Brave went up to the top rope and Mark Storm leaped out of his seat and knocked Brave from the top to the floor! The crowd went crazy for Storm's interference as Shane got the victory over one of the members of The Right Stuff.
After the match, Jake Ryder along with Beck and Knoxville came out demanding the security grab Storm and take him out. Ryder then demanded that security grab Shane and told Storm that he's never allowed in an SCW event ever again and that Shane Hollister's unwillingness to play by his rules will be his downfall. Ryder said Shane's life will be a living hell from here on out.
SCW returns to Beyond The Baseline (old Marycrest College Gym; just 1 block east of the Putnam Museum) for Unleashed on May 23rd, 2008. Jake Ryder said he will make Shane's life a living hell and the Commissioner is sure to have something up his sleeve for the SCW Champion.
