TAG TEAM TITLES
Body Count (c) def. Matt Creed & "The American Classic" Chris Hamilton
Afterwards Rick Knight (suffering a back injury from our last show) and Whiplash (on crutches after the Chicago Connection destroyed his knee) demanded a shot at the tag team champions, [tr]Commissioner Shnog then granted them the shot at Dream Night 7. Steve Heisman came out and demanded a shot at the tag belts for the Gridiron Grapplers. Shnog ruled the Grapplers would be included but only if Steve could defeat Jay Phoenix.
Uzi Akiva def. Rik Rockett
Akiva gwin when his partner, Jean-Paul Basse handed him a steel pipe that he used to knock out Rockett.
J.T. Simmons & Chris Styles def. Jarod Priest & Aaron Cruise
Cruise turned on his partner and hit a stunner setting him up for Styles's running flatliner. Afterwards, Cruise sided with Simmons and Styles.
"Master Technician" Jay Phoenix" def. Steve Heisman
Therefore the Grid Iron Grapplers will NOT be included in the tag team title defense at Dream Night VII.
CIA RETURN
In what was originally supposed to be Joe Heisman vs El Grande Toro, Joe claimed his shoulder was inujured and brought out another brother, Tom Heisman, to fight Toro. But after a back and forth Toro de-masked to reveal he was really Damian; Diablo hit the ring and the CIA hit the low-rider on Tom, chasing off Steve and Joe.
#1 Contender's match
Butcher def. "Party Animal" Wally Wilde
Butcher asked Wally to put his title shot against Ares at Dream Night VII on the line one more time. In the middle of the match, the entire Chicago Connection hit the ring, but Wally and Butcher fought them off. Butcher then hit a sunset flip out of nowhere for the win. Butcher finally gets his rematch against Ares for the Heavyweight title at Dream Night!
"Feature Presentation" Johnny Mac & Eric Marx def. "Hot Bod" Shawn Davis & Fuzion
Mac pinned Davis clean in the ring, thus gaining a measure of psychological advantage over the Midwest Champion before their match at Dream Night.
HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Ares(c) def Rion Skillz
Rion accepted the open title shot leading to a re-match from our last show. Ares once again got the win but was confronted by his new opponent at Dream Night, Butcher. The Connection beat him down, but soon the entire locker room emptied out leading to a company-wide brawl.
