Family, Qiana Green was a young and vibrant young lady who attended Children's Church and a number of activities at Merrill Avenue Baptist Church. She had an infectious smile and was pleasant to all of the staff that worked with the children. On Tuesday, her parents laid her to rest - a victim of a drive-by shooting on 93rd and Colfax. The violence that has damaged and terrorized our communities in Chicago for the past 2 years has affected us all in some way, shape, or form. This Saturday, we unite to do something about it. On this coming Saturday, June 7th, we will be presenting an interesting, exciting, and unforgettable alternative to to constructively and creatively combat the violence in our community. Looking at the trials and triumphs in the life of David, this professional wrestling showcase will explore God's definitive answer in our struggle against conflict and violence. This unique experience will feature live pro wrestling, life-altering insight, connection opportunities, and a schedule of summer events in the Southeast Calumet Heights community. The address is 87th & Anthony. The location is Chicago Vocational Career Academy. The date is Saturday, June 7th. The time is 1:00 pm. I'll be looking for you. Read, Think, Pray, Live, Act, Duane

I'll be there. Too many of God's little angels have been lost to violence.
