It was a hot crowd last night in Fox Lake and things started out with Dehok coming out to the ring and complaining that he had lost gold (the Tag Titles) at the last POWW show, and wanted to have gold around his waist again. Chris Cairo came out and informed "The Chosen One" that he has gold around his waist (the Regional Title) and he'd gladly put it on the line. Dehok overpowered Cairo to start things off, but Cairo turned things around with his speed and tenacity as members of the M.O.B. Justin James, Black Iron, and Trevor Blanchard, who bought tickets because they are banned from wrestling for 30 days, came out to ringside and sat in the crowd, taunting "The Lost Soul". Dehok attacked during the distraction and nailed the Desecration, but Cairo had his foot on the ropes, Dehok argued with the ref as Cairo managed to regain his footing and climbed up the turnbuckles, waiting until Dehok turned his attention back to the match to nail the Bum Rush to retain the Regional Championship.
Next was Tony Scarpone against Joey Cece. Scarpone attacked Cece from behind to get things started, but Cece quickly turned it around and sent Scarpone running for the hills. Nick H. convinced his man to come back to the ring. Cece started back in on Scarpone but Scarpone turned things around this time, laying into Cece with slams and continued abuse to the back of "The Pitbull". Cece nailed a big side slam for a 2 count, followed by both men trading near falls until the Nick H. pulled the ref out to argue with him and as Cece grabbed Nick H. the time limit for the match elapsed while Scapone once again attacked Cece from behind and the ref declared the match a draw. Cece once again requested a rematch with Scarpone for the show on the 26th.
Kanoa came out to the ring to address the crowd claiming that he and Melanie Cruise had been dealt an unfair hand of late with him losing the Regional Title back to Chris Cairo in the dumpster match, Melanie losing her match to Sara Del Rey and now having to face "King of POWW" Matt Mayhem to earn a spot in next year's King of the Royals, not to mention his having to be there while not even being scheduled to have a match- prompting POWW owner Jimmy Blaze to come out to the ring grabbing a mic and mocking Kanoa, saying if Kanoa wants a match, Blaze would be happy to have one with him, but if M.O.B. gets involved, they'll not only be barred from wrestling for POWW for a month, they'll be banned from any building that POWW wrestles in.Blaze hit a flurry of offense to kick things off earning a 2 count, and continued staying one step ahead of "The Flyin' Hawaiian" for the entire opening of the match. Kanoa turned it around hanging Blaze on on the 2nd rope as the M.O.B. threw popcorn and jeers his way. Kanoa continued the beating until Blaze managed to hit a fallaway slam for 2, followed by a belly to belly for 2, and finally a Flatliner which looked like it would wrap things up but the M.O.B. increased their distractions allowing Kanoa to catch Blaze with the Lei'd to Waste for the pin. Blaze took the mic and said that Black Iron and Trevor Blanchard were now banned from the buildings for the rest of July, but Justin James, he'd have a match with Blaze on the 26th.
Intermission took place with Eric Freedom coming to the ring as the wrestler selected to take pictures with the fans and he wasted no time in confronting Photo Guy Anthony for taking pictures of him backstage with security at Summer Xpolsion insinuating that Freedom had paid them off to keep Terry Allen away from him and Sandra D. As Freedom backed Anthony into a corner and smacked him Skitz slid into the ring and tackled Freedom furiously attacking him until Freedom's strength and experience gave him the advantage pummelling Skitz, slamming him to the mat, dropping a huge elbow and putting him down with the Very Bad Things. Freedom set Skitz up for a Conchairto when Russ the security guard ran in the ring and talked him down, Freedom put the chair down, but then struck Russ with a clothesline to the back of the head when Russ had turned to check on Skitz. Russ recovered to help Skitz to the locker room. The extent of Skitz's injuries are unknown at this time, but it's expected he'll be taking some time away from the shows to recover.
Scarpone came out to the ring after the break to state that he had the last match won, and he was robbed by the time limit draw, and demanded that in his rematch on the 26th instead of a ten minute time limit, he wants eleven.
American History Next put the Tag Titles on the line against Wild Mayhem in the 4th match of the night. Mikey Wild and Steve Stone started things off with a test of strength that gave Stone the clear advantage. Hardcore Craig tagged in and Mikey Wild managed to nail a hip toss and make a quick tag to Matt Mayhem who delivered an axe handle and worked over Craig's left arm. Craig powerslammed out and tagged Stone back in which brought down the rain of chops that AHN for which AHN are so well known. Wild tagged back in but was caught in an abdominal stretch by Stone, and Craig tagged in to deliver a boot to the back of Wild's head. Wild managed a tag to Mayhem who AHN kept isolated for a time until a quick tag brought Wild in hitting a double clothesline off the top rope. WM nailed a double dropkick to both members of AHN who were trapped in the corner, and as Mayhem and Stone battled their way to the outside of the ring, Craig hit the Kryptonite Crunch on Wild for the pinfall.
Up next was a continuation of the feud between X-Con and Ruff Crossing. Con stood in the ring waiting for Crossing who charged in from an outside entrance and attacked Con. Con sent Crossing back to the outside, but Crossing's cowboy hat was left behind, and as Crossing told Con to give it back, Con stomped it and threw it aside as Crossing stormed back into the ring and attacked viciously with fists and boots, looking to follow up with a kneelift that Con narrowly avoided and followed with a full nelson slam. Crossing avoided a bodyslam and returned to striking and hitting an elbow from the 2nd rope. Crossing went for a shoulder tackle from the top rope and but Con managed to move partly out of the way resulting in Crossing catching knees to the chest. The men continued back and forth until Crossing caught Con with the Pump Handle Driver, but while swinging Con up knocked ref Bob "Pee Wee" Parrella to the ground. Con punched Crossing out with handcuffs, then locked Crossing up in them, bringing out Nikki from Outta Control who low blowed Con which the ref saw causing him to call for the DQ awarding the match to X-Con. Nikki and Crossing hugged which brought out Jimmy Blaze and Joey Cece who confronted Nikki about her loyalties. Crossing and Blaze went face to face and it was decided that the two would face off in a best of 3 series that would begin next week in Iowa, winner gets Nikki. Cece tells both men to shake hands, and both refuse, each storming off on their own.
Terry Allen came out for the main event and brought his own security with him, giving Russ the night off. As Vincent Stone announced Freedom- TA grabbed him by the throat and backed him into the turn buckle. Freedom grabs the mic and tells TA that he beat him fair and square at the last match, and TA can't really beat him, but in case he can, he's got an offer. TA gets his choice of prize if he wins- the belt... of Sandra D. TA picks his wife, and the match begins. Freedom ducks a clothesline and kicks TA in the gut with no result. Freedom tries again, clocking TA in the mouth, but again with no result. TA returns the abuse and Freedom makes to leave the arena but the crowd exit is blocked by TA's security. Freedom then tries to run to the locker room, but is thrown back out by Russ. With nowhere to run, Freedom returns to the ring and is attacked once again by TA, with every attempt to strike TA resulting in little to no effect. TA goes for his from over the top rope swinging dropkick, but is caught in a powerbomb by Freedom, which turns the momentum. Both men brawl to the outside, and Freedom puts TA into the crowd's chairs, followed by suplexing him on the floor at ringside. Freedom in full control nails TA with a Tombstone piledriver, but only gets a 2 count, attempting another TA reverses into a Tombstone of his own. As both men struggle to their feet, a series of hip toss reversals end with Freedom crotched on the top rope. Freedom counters a suplex into the Very Bad Things, but former POWW roster member Ryan Chase comes out in his new role as officer of the law- and he's got Sandra D in tow. TA sinks in the Sharpshooter while Freedom was distracted to gain the victory. The cops make to arrest Freedom, but Sandra tells them to back off, as she's not pressing charges. Sandra then grabs a mic and tells TA that he could've ended all of this last month by giving up his pride and laying down to give Freedom the belt when Freedom offered to give Sandra back in exchange for the title. As a result, Sandra walks away and joins Freedom outside the ring, both leaving together as TA stood stunned and alone in the ring to end the show.
