I never understood the point of paying more to sit closer in that building. Especially if Saraya is walking right by you. She's dangerous.

You know I would go to one of these if I didn't have to pay $30 for all those hours. If I could do just one taping for $15 I would go to one of em.

The pricing don't matter as much as that they won't let you leave for like 7 straight hours, and you're trapped in a room with the 5 0 patrolling. Sucks for all the smokers who just want to get up and get their buzz back on during intermission. And you can't put anything that you get signed into your car, I think they would get more fans if they just were a little looser with the rules. BCW allows reentry as does the lucha fed that runs there, it was only AAW and SHIMMER that will lock you in as far as I know.
The meet and greet is also a cluster when you don't let anyone out, if you do want an autograph or merch you have to fight your way to even get to anyone, so I usually just buy the shirts for these reasons. Not even sure if Rise locks you in, but they let me go out once I remember and I bumped into Cheerleader Melissa going to her car while I was hitting the mean green.

They used to hit us with the "Berwyn Law" b*llsh*t all the time at AAW. Sometimes a guy needs a sammich from Mr. Sub instead of the Sloppy Joe's at the Eagles y'know.

The back door is the obvious answer to this question.

Yah but you have to go through the kitchen past where people are working to go through the back door, it's just weird. I don't think I should have to bribe the eagles club cook or try to jackie chan out the back just to get a smoke. That "Berwyn Law" b*llsh*t has to be a work, really Berwyn law says you can't go outside during shimmer wrestling, probably the same assholes who tore down the Wayne's World Car Spindle made that law too. '
And they aren't stopping you from leaving, no but they do say if you leave you have to buy another ticket to come back in so that would be a 30 dollar smoke break. I think Buckley has the right idea why not just have 2 shows back to back with an hour break 15 bucks each, let people go outside and stretch in between, let the crowd reset and then take tickets again like a baseball day night doubleheader. I think keeping the people locked up so long also kills the crowd and makes the girls have to work that much harder to bring them back.

You don't need to bribe anyone, just have a sense of self respect and a pair of balls. No one can tell me I HAVE to stay anywhere for 12 hours and they can't ask me for more money either if I want to leave and come back (this is where your own self worth comes into play)
Also how many squares/bowl rips do you need during a show? You can easily dip out that door twice within a 3 hour show and no questions are asked, because they don't care in the kitchen.

I never said I followed all of the rules but I think most of the fans do. I'm just throwing out ideas to make the show more fan friendly. But I'm just a stupid fan what do i know? I do know I would be more likely to go if the taping wasn't a 7 hour block that you are not supposed to leave due to the "Berwyn law". The shows are good it just takes a special breed of fan to endure it.

If smoke breaks/re-entry is being allowed at other shows at the Eagles Club now, then by all means, we'll begin allowing it immediately. I have always been told otherwise.

Of course, not smoking better for your health. And I would load up on a big meal before hand. Sneaking in candy not bad idea. They don't frisk you. As for cutting the price...no. They've got a lot of fly-ins. All front-row tix gone for weekend. Kimber Lee has been added.

Well hot damn, this is the best news I've heard all year. I would like to take credit for shooting down the Berwyn law, but I think Buckley deserves some credit since he started the conversation. The funniest part was they said not letting us outside was "for our safety". How was being locked into a small room with Sayara Knight and 200 wrestling nerds making me more safe? I think you will find the meet and greets going more smoothly with more fans getting what they want, fans overall happier and crowd being more into everything and everyone wins! Worse case scenario is jpecard sneaks in after the 3rd match dressed as a Japanese cameraman, but he might still buy a dvd so in the end everyone still wins!
