Thats because every now and then you have to leave the farm and do something, we dont have the luxury of tippin cows and picking corn out here in chicago. If we brought a real wrestling company out by you's we will draw more than 2% i would put money, lots of money on it, just look at the sh*t you's present go to page one. If we came out there it would be the second coming of christ. Im also getting ready to put my money where my mouth is. Now if you's took the tubblers on the road on down to chicago, I know its scarey out here, I would love to see the 10 people you draw. You know what you may see us by summer time then we will take over your market, and bye bye Yarders.......

Actually sometime last year there was a fed that had alot of Chicago area guys that tried to run down here. I recall it drawing less than like 50 people (markformyself, correct me on this) & having really decent names. Get your facts before you continue with your senseless bashing please.

I seem to remember the likes of Nigel & Jacobs there. Are you calling them poor talent? Are you saying the promotion didn't spend money? All of this is coming from someone claiming to be a worker, yet cannot put ANY information on their profile. I find that hypocritacally interesting. Oh & another thing...these aren't "my boys", I run no fed & am not associated with any fed. This is just the truth that I knew some people couldn't handle.

Nigel and Jimmy are great at least put them on your poster and say real big card subject to change they dont even have to show, anything but that page 1 poster, if your not affiliated with any one why do you debate, uncle elmer.... |

yes there was a show here that had Nigel, Jimmy Jacobs, Double C, Black and the Brave, Hero, Danny Daniels, Shark Boy as well as others. No it didnt draw very well but it wasnt promoted except on here. i would assume that is the reason.
are there some people in cental illinois that can work with any crusier in chicago? yes there is. are there some guys in central illinois that belong in the crowd and not in a wrestling ring? yes there is... but i think the same can be said of guys in chicago some should not be wrestling.
if a chicago fed ran here would they draw.. in some places yes in others either no or not at first. would it be good for the people wrestling in central illinois? yes in a way. those looking for more professional training could get it. i know if i could find priest or daniels with in an hour or so driving difference i would jump on it. an hour is much easier than 2 or 3 each way.. would some people not be able to wrestle anymore yes but those would be the ones that never took it very seriously in the first place.

This wasn't a fight, it was facts. I agree with your points, but I still am more concerned about facts. I honestly don't think that in our area it would matter who was brought in unless it was a former WWE,TNA person. I think it would be good to see Bret take on a Chi-town high flyer in an NGW ring & see what kind of crowd it draws & then take Bret to Chicago.

Guys like these on the UVW roster is why people have a hard time taking central IL. seriously. Guys like these make it 100 times tougher for guys like me trying to establish this area so it's no longer a joke.
Duecetrey and Fighter, I've yet to agree with you on anything until now. You two have hit the nail on the head.

Here's my take on this whole thing.
Talon, you are the least credible source. I actually put Crimefighter on a higher level than I put you.
NGW has some good guys, Raul, Madman, Brett, Kyle.......I think if they were to work some chicago guys, they would be a lot better.
Running a Chicago show in Peoria.......you may be on to something.

I'm a least credible source? Ok fine Eastman whatever...I really don't want to get into the perverbial sword fight w/ you b/c it's pointless & you're unarmed. I brought up facts & apparently few can accept them. That's fine too. Even some of the locals disagree & I'm fine with that. My main question is why is it that in order for Chi-town workers to appreciate out of city workers, they have to work Chicago guys to be "better"? NGW guys have worked Chicago guys like: Alto, Hayes, Paige, Down, & others & STILL get little to NO appreciation from the Chicago fans. What difference does it make whether he works a chicago guy or a guy more well known in his area? I just honestly don't see why we have this constant battle about Chicago being the best city in IL for wrestling. We all do it for one goal & I really think that with this constant battle, we're losing the focus of it all. Admitedly, I am just as guilty of this as the rest of you.

Eastman is unarmed? Did you read his story about how he was detained by airport security for having rather large weapons while picking up the Shimmer girls over the weekend. I don't think that J.East is a liar. I think that J.East MAYBE would be able to put together a hot show in the central part of the state. That is how much respect I have for him.
