Oh no!!! Morty has invaded this board!!! Someone ban him, quick!!
How do they have a computer hooked up in that "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" house, anyway?
And a college of all places....no wonder they're shooting up schools in Wisconsin.

Morty runs a borderline yard group, chock full of untrained hacks masquerading as farmers and policemen. He is a walking punchline, I invite anyone who frequents this board to share the strange but true stories of Mike "Morty" Thompson and his wife Robin.
How about when he had to go to court for backing the ring truck into a building at a Don McNeil show he was renting the ring for? He showed up IN A COURTROOM dressed in sweatpants and a cutoff t-shirt, only to be chewed out by the judge.
Or, how about when a local indy manager put the "Club" car security device from his steering wheel to the brake pad due to monies owed?
Then there was the time he had a suspicious illness after a show that tanked, he was taken to the hospital. A couple of the wrestlers on the show followed him and shook him down for the money they were owed while he was in the hospital bed.
How about the time he scraped together enough money to bring in a cheap....real cheap...dirt cheap ex-WWF name...following the show that tanked, the ex-WWF star crashed a wedding at the hotel he was staying at, and displayed some less-than-polite behavior to the degree that law enforcement officials were called.
Come on folks, let's hear some good Morty & Robin stories....

Before I possibly tell a story, please remind me, is Powerhouse the former Badger State Wrestling?

I do not think shooting up schools in Wisconsin is a funny joke and should not even be referenced!!

Oh, by the way, ltmichaels, I see you have a rank. I take it you are one of the "policemen" in Morty's group, unless he has expanded to include the military.

Ok I am not one to generally sit here and defend a real a$$ like Morty, but that is exactly what I am going to do. I could join in on the fun and tell everyone about the time Morty drank a big old glass of pee. oops I guess I just did.
But really, I am going to say this; yes he runs a second class promotion and most of his guys are second and third class wrestlers barely, but after all these years he and his people are pretty much keeping to themselves. Not causing trouble or stirring up problems in other promotions, they are just trying to run shows and get some people to enjoy themselves.
Please remember some of our very own wrestlers of today once wrestled for Morty at one time, Adrian Lynch to name one, Mike Mercury from Greenbay to name another, Dinty Moore, El Vato and many more
Tuff Tom from WCW/ Trevor Adonis from the Milwaukee area to name a few.
Lets wait for him to really screw up before we bash him at least he is trying and they do put on a better show than most Yarders.

The ones I remember from BSW that made it somewhere else are:
Skullkrusher Rashe Brown Shemp Terro aka"Too Phat" Jason Dukes "The Insane Luchador" aka Dino Bambino
With that said, the only time I saw BSW live was when they ran a show at the Rave in Milwaukee. The show was in January and the night before and the day of the show, we had a blizard. There could have not been more than 10 paying customers (myself and my father included) at the show. Carmine and a couple of the local MAW guys were there. They talked to Skullkrusher and Dukes after there match. Funny thing is, I still have the program from that show.

At the Great Lakes Naval Base, Adrian Lynch, Adam Pierce, Randy Richie, & Eric Freedom put a pile of dog sh*t on the front seat of Mike's truck from what I've been told.
