v1 & v2 will be in Streamwood for this one. Can we see if we can get a little different flavor than Sabin? I mean the guy is good but I think this is the third straight show he's been on in Streamwood. Just sayin'

We booked the Sabin vs Jerry Lynn match to coincide with TNA's storyline before the NWA's relationship with TNA went south. I don't go back on my word so the match stands. I expect that match to be a Barn Burner

We intend to use Shelly on the Fight Sports shows. We may bring him back to Streamwood. Not sure yet. So you know booking TNA talent has nothing at all to do with the NWA breaking apart from TNA. It made sense to book TNA talent when TNA had control over our World belts. As that relationship comes to an end we may still book in thier talent.

Odds are 2-1 that somebody's butt will be hanging out at this show.

I thought we were gonna get a glimpse of the new belt last nite?
But overall great show on the 24th, every match rocked. I'll post my thoughts as soon as someone posts a results thread.

The New Belt is a tribute to Chris Candido who was a huge Buddy Rogers mark, was NWA World Champion, and was the MidWest Champ at the time of his death. It will replace the WE style belt, which we are retiring. Note that both of our #2 belts and all of our states are represented on the side plates, one side represents the states that make up the Central States Title Currently held by Michael Strider and the other represents the Heartland States Title currently held by "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson.
