Powerhouse returns to Lincoln College (300 Keokuk) on Saturday April 21st! This event is a fundraiser for the Lincoln College Student Senate. There will be a special start time of 2 p.m., with doors opening at 1:30.
[glow=red,2,300]THE MAIN EVENT - FOR THE POWERHOUSE HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE![/glow]
Botch (champion) vs. Machine (challenger)
After Jimmy "Hype" Shalwin lost the Powerhouse title filling in for fellow "A-Team" teammate Magnum Conroy, manager Tobias Montgomery Hope has sworn to do whatever it takes to get the title back in his camp. Hope went out and acquired the services of the man who knows Botch better than anybody - his former Gravediggers partner, Machine!
Also scheduled to appear: "Hype" Jimmy Shalwin, "The Old Timer" Jeff King, Remy Rainz, Rudo Cortez, Beast, Matty Montcalm, "Roughneck" Jay Ryan, Adam Evans, Dan Lawrence, "Spectacular" Brian Parker, Bryce Benjamin, "Electric" Eric Freedom, Gary the Freak, Sean Vincent and Reed Reign!
Tickets are $10 and are available at Family Custom Cleaners (621 Woodlawn) and Lincoln IGA (713 Pulaski).

Former tag team partner my ass. ;D I just saw Machine and Botch tag together Saturday night. They were even introduced as the Gravediggers. By far the match of the night at the ARW show in Valpo. It was good to see Machine again.
This looks like a great card. I like the fact that it's an afternoon show. I think I'm heading to Lincoln on the 21st.
Starman has spoken.

I'm still waiting for a blowaway show...still haven't gotten anything above average yet. You are more than entitled to your opinion, Crimey. Keep in mind that I book for the majority, not the minority. We have an eclectic crowd, but the overwhelming majority is families and "old school" fans. That's why we have to throw a little bit of everything out there, because if you don't keep the fans happy then what's the point of running. It's not like I have to count on the support of my workers' friends and families to make up the majority of our crowd...

And by the way, I haven't been involved in Powerhouse since I got back in the ring so I have no vested interests in defending the show. However, these are my friends and I will not let someone who's never run the ropes[/i]tell a veteran of 16 years what a good show is or isn't.
