The VWAA proudly has announced the return of "Live Pro Wrestling" to Calumet City IL in over 40 years !!!
To mark this special occassion...this show will be FREE for all !!!
Where: St Andrew the Apostle Parish
Annual Picnic
(Second Parking Lot by the gym)
768 Lincoln Avenue
Calumet City IL 60409
Rev Martin Michniewicz , Pastor
Wrestling will start at 6:30 pm and ends around 8PM.
Card to be posted soon !!!
Picnic starts at 6pm and ends at 11 PM
There will be plenty of food, beer, and drinks for sale.
Also there will be games for the kids and money raffles for the adults, a live DJ and BINGO too.
Bring the entire family for an evening of fun !!

Hmmm looks like the VWAA is going head to head on this night against WCPW since some of the VWAA is made up of former Windy City Stars.
Now what show would the fans want to go to see.
A free wrestling show where they have a beer tent serving an ice cold one in good old Cal City to raise money for a church?
Heck be a good way to make amends with God and go to Church for a night.
Or paying $8 to WCPW for a funraiser for the Eastside Little League who won the big grand money prize last December at dinner with the stars ? How much money do these kids need?
I say..head to Calumet City IL..home of the smiley towers...home of the Blues Brothers and home of the free.

I grew up across the street from St Andrews. We owned a grocery store at 155th and Lincoln. I remember going to 8:30 Polish Mass there after doing my paper route. We used to play ball in the parking lot all the time. Unfortunately, the neighborhood has gone downhill, but I'm going try to make it out there.

So far it is revealed that the Tag Team known as Night Breed will be in Calumet City and flying in from Hollywood California will be "Fabulous" Frankie Valiant and his manager JJ Valiant.

Nothing's confirmed until ya see it BobbyJ. There's words that go together in this world,.. like chocolate & peanut butter, or even Ren & Stimpy,.. but there's also words you'd never see together, like "Fun Vasectomy" and "Good President." What I'm getting at is "FREE" & "Frankie Valiant." They go together about as good as "Anal Warts." You set this gig up & believe me, by the end of the night that ol' collection box will be short a few. One thing this place has going for it tho is the cheap beer. We won't have to bring Mr. Visa along with Ivan Manson as usual.

Like I said, she has the right to have any tagline she wants to, but she is calling me insane for belonging to a religion. If she is acting as a spokesperson for that wrestling organization, then I have my right to call them on it.
If she had a tagline calling Blacks stupid, or Mexicans lazy, or Gays perverts, I think people would rightly be upset by it, so why is her calling religious people crazy and that they do evil things ok?
