Hopefully, this is getting back on topic. One thing I notice about the card is that Eric Freedom isn't in one of the featured matches. I think that's a shame. When I used to attend CCW shows, Freedom was the biggest face in the building. I understand his role has changed and he can be a great heel, also. However, from what I've seen, he understands the psychology of getting himself over with the fans better than most. Hopefully this is just a one card thing and he will be prominently featured in the future.
Pete, will you be attending Saturday's show? I'm not sure yet, but maybe I'll see you there.

Nick, I didn't think you were a big purple fan. I know I'm not.

Following along as your mother read it to you at bedtime doesn't count, Nick. Starman has spoken.

Who's the "he" you refer to? I don't know if I will be back at a CCW show soon or not. Since my hiatus from attending their shows, I've found some other groups where I am having a great time also. So, I guess it will just depend on my schedule. Thanks for asking, though. Starman has spoken.

Just like you, Nick, I doubt that Master J has read 253 pages of anything in his life. The Dick and Jane books are much shorter than that. Starman has spoken.

But, like all good meals, there should be a mix of colors. I don't see any orange in it, Master J. What's going on?

My car broke down in Watseka three years ago and I got to spend the day there. I met some of the nicest people I've ever met. A bad day quickly turned into a memorable one.

If I wasn't busy Saturday, I would drive to Indy just to see PT Hustla. It's been too long since I've seen him work.

I'd rather see Jaye P. Morgan with some of her wit from the Gong Show.

Tobi, here's to a great show. I won't be able to make it--it's wrestlepro's wedding that evening. Just make sure someone knocks out Steve Cain for everyone's enjoyment.

Nick, as much as I would love to be in Gladwin for the show, it is doubtful right now. I have something else planned. If that falls through, though, who knows. I enjoyed my only trip to Gladwin/Mount Pleasant last fall. Plus, you know that any time I get the chance to see the CLB, I try to make it. If things change with my schedule, I'll let you know.

The first time I ever saw Larry Byrd wrestle was in Cadillac, Michigan. He came to the ring on a motorcycle. The show was in a banquet hall and it smelled like exhaust fumes for the rest of the show--and no, that wasn't Eric Freedom's cologne. Byrd did come across as a rebel--one who looked like Judge Mills Lane, but a rebel, nonetheless. I have enjoyed watching him wrestle when I get the opportunity to travel to Michigan. Here's hoping that he doesn't lose to Mr. Smurf. The UWE shows that I've attended have always been great fun. Plus, any time one has the opportunity to see the CLB in action, it's worth the trip. They are the best heels ever, IMO. Hope that Larry, the CLB, and the rest of the guys have a great show.
